There were some scratches and damages…
There were some scratches and damages on the USB port and the right corner of the keyboard cover. Additionally, the design of this keyboard panel — Dell Inspiron 7610 3-Fan Palmrest & US/INT ENGLISH Backlit Keyboard (Part Numbers: 0YRKJM + 055P41, Y19M1) — has a slight shade difference compared to the standard one.

Sorry to hear that you haven’t received a palmrest in the best condition on this occasion. Although we do our utmost to ensure that all of the stock is in perfect condition, the odd one occasionally slips through the net. We receive thousands at a time so unfortunately it isn’t practical to check every single unit.
With specific reference to what you said about the shade of the unit, please be aware that Dell use different factories to have their products made (and often use the same palmrest and/or keyboard across several models and generations) so minor material variance can occur, from time to time.
I can’t find any direct communication from you about this so far. You can always reach out to us via sales@ndc.co.uk with some pictures of the issue, where a member of our customer service team will be able to advise you further.

NDC purchase & refund
Ordered a Dell XPS 17 laptop from NDC. Arrived promptly, but I had cause to return the item & request a refund. Communicated with NDC sales via email, whom also responded promptly. Sent the unit back & NDC refunded monies reasonably quickly.
Although I found the goods not up to standard in my case, I felt NDC acted professionally & the transaction met a good standard.
