Can you please pass our thanks to Neil & Chris for arranging to deliver and install the new boiler at such short notice. We were delighted and quite surprised that they were able to do the work so quickly and without any fuss.

I used NCC after signing up to a fast…
I used NCC after signing up to a fast track service from Worcester after my boiler packed up. There was a breakdown in communication from Worcester to NCC which resulted in nobody turning up to fit the new boiler . This was swiftly dealt with by Neil from NCC and I had my new boiler in by the end of the day.
Excellent service from NCC and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use in the future .

Neil recently replaced my condenser…
Neil recently replaced my condenser boiler and two radiators. I found him knowledgeable and thorough. The work was carried out very efficiently and a small problem (cracked cover for the new boiler) was resolved with minimum fuss. I have no hesitation in recommending Neil and his team.

Effiecient, honest and trustworthy

Great work
Neil has done various jobs for us including installing a mega flow and servicing our boiler. He is extremely reliable and trustworthy. His work is to a very high standard. A part that he ordered for us wasn’t to his expcected standard so he sent it back until he was satisfied that it was correct. He explains things clearly so you understand and is very honest. Very personable and would highly recommend and would use him again.

A star
Neil and his team are superb. I recommend him without any reservation whatsoever. He goes the extra mile. He always answers his phone, turns up on time, is extremely honest, will get to you as soon as he can , And always cares about the service he provides. He is a gem.

We have used NCC for a number of jobs
We have used NCC for a number of jobs, including installing a new boiler and radiators. Every job is done without fuss and to very high standards. We would recommend NCC.
