Excellent Service
I had a code from my puppies breeder, so was able to call Natural Instincts. A very pleasant call, great customer service, and my order was shipped and received on the date I asked for. Packaged very well, it transferred to my freezer easily. I will definitely be using this firm again for my puppies raw food. Thank you.

Excellent dog food for happy, healthy dogs
Always buy my dog food directly from Natural Instinct. The food is good quality and loved by my dogs. I like the fact the different options are actually different from each other; you can tell just by the smell, so I know my dogs are getting some variety. Find it excellent for weight management. The delivery service is very reliable and efficient.

Having used them for years disappointed…
Having used them for years disappointed in the state of delivered goods. Last couple of orders have been thrown in the box…. Packs broken and blood leaked out. Looking at better alternatives now.

Wont eat anything else…
Fergus has been on Natural instinct since he was weaned both with the breeder then with me flavours came snd went and he decided Duck and Chicken was the one for him. Always great quality and always an empty bowl. Safe to say he is thriving on it.

Please can you change your packaging as it arrives with a lot of them split and then leak everywhere when defrosting it is NOT good and seems to be happening more & more.

My dog loves the food and I was pleased with the delivery. The only problem was that the boxes are a brittle plastic and a number of them were broken.

Happy with my ordering of Natural Instinct raw food.
Was informed when it was going to arrive but the courier missed the time slot and then said it was not going to arrive for 2 days!!
Puppy loves the food so I will keep her on it for now.
