I highly recommend National Tax Debt!! They are a lifesaver! I owed about $25,000 to the IRS they managed to close out a deal for 1.6% of the total balanced owed!! It’s unreal but I’m writing this review as proof they’re here to help. Thank you National Tax Debt.

This was long overdue: Working with Andrea Deis was the worst experience, and not only she didn't save us - as she promised - penalty fees and interest, but by the end of the deal, we got out with more debt than we started with. Plus the fees we paid them, our time and frustration - because of poor communication, arrogance and lack of decorum. When we tried to understand and ask questions, she was bothered by it and came down condescending on us.

I must say National Tax Debt removed a huge burden from my shoulders! My debt with the IRS was over $265,000; National Tax Debt was able to bring it down to $70,000. Leslie Flores went out of her way to make sure my issue with the IRS was resolved! Thank you so much National Tax Debt!!

After thousands of dollars paid to NTD, I am deeper in debt to the IRS, now have a tax lien filed against me, and after begging that they offer a reasonable settlement, they refused to do so. What a waste of time and money with results that are of no value. Shame on you NTD.

Just as advertised the work done for me was exceptional they worked very hard and obtained a wonderful result. All personal that I dealt was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I owed the IRS over $25K from an error on my 2010 and 2011 Tax returns. I could never understand what I had done wrong, but I started getting liens against me. My daughter had used National Tax Debt and was very happy and suggested I contact them. At the beginning of 2019 I made the call and by October 2019 they settled my debt with the IRS for $500!! Yep!! I only had to pay $500 from the balance of $21,258.84 (I had been paying on the original amount for several years) I am so THANKFUL for the people at this business!! They got on my case immediately and were AWESOME!!! I 100% would recommend them to everyone!!

It started out with some miscommunication and they were going to discontinue our contract. But once I was contacted by another representative, Yainel Jiron, the process went well. I had great communication with this representative and the final result, the IRS excepted my Offer In Compromise! Thank you NTD for your diligence in this matter.

It was a lengthy process but worth it. We are thankful for the result, we only have to pay 2.7% of our tax debt.
