Ms. Reyes and her team are unbelievable. I came to them in May/June 2016 with about $70,000 in IRS Tax Debt. I was skeptical because $341 a month for 14 months seemed like so much and I still didn't know what they would be able to do. I never would have been able to pay off the IRS with the interest and penalties. I went through the tedious, and several times frustrating, process with them. Finally early September of 2016 they submitted an offer in compromise for the "fresh start" program to the IRS. The initial deadline for a response was December 2016...the IRS came back 4 times from December to April of 2016/2017 for additional information. In May 2017, I FINALLY received a letter from the IRS saying they had accepted my offer of $500! YES $500!!! I was listening to my friends tell me how I was being scammed and I was so stressed and then I got this letter. I could have never ever done this on my own. I will forever be grateful for the professionalism and patience Nation Tax Debt showed me, especially when I was so flustered. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. If you don't believe me, you can contact me directly for me to show you the letter I received back for the acceptance. It's unfortunate that we have to go through a firm to use this program, but the few thousand I spent to do it was beyond worth it for me. Thank you Ms. Reyes and your entire team for everything!

Im in the northeast and was at first a bit skeptic about trying a company on the other side of the map, Westcoast. Everything turned out fine . I'm completely debt free now, my debt was reduced far more than I thought; a great company to work with. Professional and deligent; they really helped me with my liens. This was a very scary process, but when I finally made that call to National Tax Debt, it was a huge weight off my shoulders. Everyone I spoke to was caring and professional. Yelena answered all my questions by email and phone call. NTD does everything. The people behind the scenes really do all the work for you. An offer was made to the IRS, and was accepted. My experience was very easy. My representative, Leslie Flores, was very helpful and accommodating to my current circumstances. Everything was made clear upfront and what I was promised I pretty much received at the end. To make it simple, I recommended my brother to your company because of my great experience, and he is now a new client of yours.

A few years ago I went to JK Harris. They wouldn't even start the process until I paid them in full. The arrangement they made with the IRS I could of done myself. National Tax Debt made it easy for me with monthly payments while they worked on my case. They did a tremendous job. My tax debt was $38000. They got it down to $379. That is 1.3% of what I owed. National Tax Debt. Wow. As we jumped right in, we were told by so many that "this company will not help us, they are scammers." But boy were they wrong! Jaclyn, whom handled our case. Was on top of EVERYTHING. She always thoroughly explained everything, even when I asked the same questions over and over again! This process was long, as expected. She always made sure we were aware of what was going on, on her end. We never had to deal with any IRS people directly, which really put our mind at ease. After stress, emotions, and fear. We truly didn't know what to expect. When we received our letter that our offer had been approved, it just seemed so unreal. It still doesn't seem real! National Tax Debt and Jaclyn exceeded our expectations. They dealt with my stress and took my frustrations in stride. I know if it weren't for such an awesome case worker, I probably wouldn't have mentally made it through. Owing the IRS tons of back debt is scary, but this company truly does their best. I can't begin to explain how easy NTD has made this for me. since the first day I talked with them they held my hand and walked me thru every inch of this process(I'm in New York,Thier in California). Sometimes you have to spend a little money to save a lot of money. NTD helped keep the stress level at a minimum. It was a cumbersome process, but well worth it. Would definitely recommend this company to help with IRS Offer in Compromise process.

Very professional and understanding when handling and settling our back taxes with the IRS .

our family was hit with hard times early on. my husband and i had two sets of ill parents that we took care of. there is no tax credits for caregivers and our nursing expensives went on for decades. at the end of it we were left with a large tax debt. i carefully researched tax specialists and came upon national tax debt. their reviews sold me on their services. they worked tirelessly to win us the best settlement. their fee was very low considering the length and the amount of work that went into our case. they stayed with us to the very end always updating us as things progressed. a tax burden can create a lot of anxiety and our case specialist walked us thru a very difficult time. i can not say enough about their professional and kind handling of our case.

At first honestly I thought that it was kind of pricey for them to help me with my tax debit but as I called around I called several places and they were actually the cheapest one going so I decided to sign up with them back in November of 2000 and 15 and it did take a little over a year but they settle my debit for my taxes for just under $400 so I give them five stars but you have to communicate with them a lot and you have to stay on top of everything but it's a good company

I had a very good experience. I would have lost my house and everything else with out their help. I didn't know what to do where to go or who to talk too. They took the time to explaine and to help me step by step.

I was worried about my mother's tax liability and National Tax Debt took care of everything. I paid pennies on the dollar for her taxes (over $14K owed, paid $500) and National Tax Debt took all the uncertainty and worry off my shoulders. I would recommend them highly to others.
