In spite of promised adjustments/upgrades to the very poorly-received new Lottery app, I’m still unable to easily see which draw my ticket is for. Isn’t this the most basic of information? Market research is clearly lacking/faulty here - seriously considering going back to physical tickets at this point. At least then I can easily keep track of which draws I’m still entered for - with the current app, I have no idea! Please, please listen to your customers - we’re losing faith very quickly 😟

Awful site. I put £20 on to play some instant win games and just faced a blank white screen half the time, couldn’t get into some games for love or money. Not my idea of fun. Closed my account. Then got an email saying my account has been temporarily locked to safeguard my gameplay. What??? No, I’ve closed it PERMANENTLY!

I would love to know how the hell you can watch an advert on a Monday telling you the total winnings could be £102.000.000 on the Tuesday euro lottery and half hour later on another advert tell you that Friday's total winnings are £109.000.000 on a Monday before Tuesdays game as even been played it's a scam with an algorithm so no one wins

What has happened to the Lottery website of late? I play a few games over 4 week periods and now it's so difficult to see what games I have outstanding. For some reason you can only order your games in order of when purchased whereas it would be much more preferable at least to have the option to list them in date of draw order.

Did the lotteryvevery week before new takeover. The whole experience is a disaster now. Just tried 30 mon before Wednesday Draw to be locked out again. Use my phone App , as i did before with other operator always easy with no problems . again now locked out even though reset every time . Sick and tired of the new layout. Does, nt work to much distraction. Couldnt get ticket on. Nobody listens when you complain. Not a good company

The lotto which is soon to be joined to the powerball will be ruined, according to the national lottery on fb lots of regular players wanted better prizes, many of us not asked to fill in the questionnaire, can't play the lotto separately soon, tied in with the usa powerball, £4 a line, 2 chances of winning = powerball and a seperate uk draw. Nah don't think so, 69 main numbers in powerball game, 26 powerball numbers, the lotto is hard enough to win with 59 numbers, lucky to get a free lotto ticket matching 2 numbers, that's why the powerball rolls over to roughly 1billion dollars as more numbers, the UK prize fund is questionable too, no massive payout , a Annuity instead. Best tip will be to play 0 tickets and save £4. The best course of action would be to have reverted back to the £1 lotto, but nope you've increased it . Terrible reviews now especially regarding the new app, part of running a successful organisation such as this is to listen to customers, obviously you aren't.

Once again I've tried to sort out this appalling app. I can't get through with what was my password, I've tried restarting with a new password. There should be an enquiry into this.

No one knows who is winning, no one is investigating, sometimes lotteries are used to make black money white, so taxes can be avoided. If you know in LA fire a Rothschild family member died who won £40 million in lottery in USA. This is the casino where commission is going the top guys. The upgrade/downgrade to the app has just meant I am buying 1 ticket in the local shop. Used to do 2 for Monday and Friday - I’ve now Deleted app, who signed that off?!

After years of easy on-line signing-in to enter draws, suddenly over the past 3 days practically every sign-in attempt gets a 'we are currently having trouble... Please try later'. I do, and go round the same try-again loop...
So I emailed for an explanation. Got bland 'we have been updating..., all OK now'. I emailed back, several times, saying not OK, Totally ignored
So I went to their ChatBot. Useless. Got put through to a human. Outlined my complaint - said that on one occasion in the three days the sign-in had worked, but the many other attempts had failed. She asked a few questions, verified my account was working correctly, said it ws a connection problem. Really - connections to every other site I access work perfectly !
She said I should restart my router. I replied as an 82 year old non-techie I didn't know how and in any case my connection worked perfectly with evryone else, so looks as if the gremlin is with National Lottery.
She abruptly closed the Chat. So much for customer service, solving problms, etc etc
Chickens out of trying to help customers. Ignores email queries. Just wants to grab your money

App absolute rubbish since it was changed. Only gave one star as this is the only way I could comment. It should be minus one star, or more!

What's stopping me from creating tickets if I own the machines of the number combinations that will minimise the payouts to genuine players what's stopping me from collaboration with other lottery's to minimise losses and payouts, I mean is it a coincidence thunderball on the same day as say lotto will contain 30's and thunder will not , as sign all lotteries have been combined without the public's knowledge, hence some days common numbers appear on all lotteries played on the same day ,, and these so call seperate lottery operators who claim and give disclaimers not to be part of "Allwin for themselves" think people are stupid, we know your number generators are tied with the software used all over the country so you know what number combinations to give making it seem random and you also get the benefit of sneak peeking people's numbers so your system is prepared to minimise the occurrence

With the change of administration of the lotto my small balance disappeared without notice. After many queries about my balance after a lengthy time it was restored to my account. They mentioned my card had expired, only just, but my balance remained at zero. Why? If I hadn't queried it consistently like I had died, they had my money and would still have it. My reasoning is how much have they pocketed in this way from people who have died or no longer use their lotto account who have not been able or aware to follow up on their credit balances. It must be thousands, talk about lucky lotto. You need to explain the situation. AND RETURN YOUR ILL GOTTEN GAINS.

Essentially if you look at pure maths, over the long term (even this is completely random) you will get back 40% to 5O% of every £1 you play, therefore look at the lottery as an entertainment tax, however the kickers are don’t you already pay enough tax and secondly, probably even worse as the licence to the UK lottery is held over seas a lot of the tax is being used to fund the Swiss profits and the overall Czech parent company - complete madness by the UK Government to allow this, is this what they call ‘national interest’ If you play 2 lines on Saturday and Wednesday each week over a period of 2 years (416 lines) the odds of winning a non monetary prize of matching 2 numbers for a lucky dip is 1 in 10.3. Overall the lottery is designed to pay little very rarely and big wins on a microscopic scale - avoid if you value your money and invest it in something over the long term that affords a higher probability of return.

I can not add funds to my account on world pay so I can't use the app no more.

Omg whoever have taken over the National Lottery get them out ASAP what a gang of amateurs they mustn’thave been even nearly ready to take over the app just don’t work. I have deleted it. I will check again in one year. They probably haven’t sorted it out by then, anyway, must everything in this country? Be broken and run by idiots? The worst thing is, it wasn’t broken until they got their hands on it. they must have the chuckle brothers in fixing it.
