Customer was sent his return labels. The ring will be tested and inspected immediately upon its arrival. More than a few jewelers today, while honest, lack the expertise, "know-how", and trained eye it requires to discern a real diamond, and their equipment could be outdated and is no longer reliable. Many are fooled or err on the side of caution in saying a diamond is not real because man-made "diamonds" today can look very close to the original earth diamonds and confound many. Therefore, it is important that we verify the claim. We our very dedicated to customer satisfaction and will be working with you to come up with a satisfactory solution to the situation.
FAKE DIAMONDS
Please everyone if you buy jewelry from this website take it to a pawn shop or a local jeweler and have them test out the authenticity. Natalie Diamonds sent me my ring with a fake appraisal and everything. I went to a pawn shop and Kay Jewlers to check the authenticity and my "diamond" came up as glass and cubic zirconia, as well as my side diamonds registering moissanite and sapphire. DO NOT BE FOOLED. Awaiting a response for a return with full refund....

Customer expressed that her ring has tested to contain false diamonds. We take these claims very seriously and immediately sent her return labels so that we can test the diamond and verify her claim. We encourage our customers to test all diamond jewelry that they purchase whether from us or from others. If for any reason there is any issues, we work very closely with each individual customer to come up with a satisfactory solution.
Absolutely amazing service and quality
I was bit nervous buying a ring over the internet and because there price couldn’t be beating I was cautious , but I’d like to say everything went well they helped me with sizing and kept me updated all the way the ring Is amazing .

Beautiful engagement ring with great service.
The team at Natalie Diamonds provided me with a beautiful ring to propose to my girlfriend with. I messaged them to ask if they could deliver the ring to the UK as quick as possible and they got it to me in great time with no extra cost. My now fiancé is in love with her engagement ring. The box is also great as it comes with a light to show off the ring.

I had my ring appraised by two jewelers...both confirmed my diamond is fake. They said my diamond doesn't match any of the paperwork provided by the company and is not a 100% natural real diamond as advertised. I'm working with the company for a full refund since it was falsely advertised that I purchased a real diamond.
Do not buy from this company if you want a real diamond!

Customer contacted us claiming that the diamond tested to be false. We immediately sent her the return labels so that we can inspect the stone. We here at Natalie diamonds strive for customer satisfaction and worked with the customer to come up with a solution. Customer was offered a replacement of the stones in question along with a free upgrade for the inconvenience or a full refund. The customer requested a refund and has been refunded for the full amount.

Natalie diamonds customer care was excellent, they were great from start to finish & answered any questions we had via email. The only issue was with Fed Ex who failed to contact us to pay customs fee so engagement ring got delayed & had to contact Fed Ex ourselves to find out when we would get the ring. All good in the end & love my ring & will be purchasing my wedding band in the near future.

I usually do not make large purchases online but after seeing so many perfect reviews on multiple sources I gave it a shot. I ordered an engagement ring and asked if they could rush it. They obliged and got me a ring within 10 days. I took the ring to have it tested and was told that the diamond could not be verified as genuine. I contacted Nataliediamonds immediately and was in contact with Annie. She could not have been anymore helpful and apologetic in assuring that the owner personally went out and picked a diamond to ensure it was genuine. She handled getting the bad ring sent back and my new ring sent out to me in time for the proposal. Not only did Annie make sure to expedite the replacement ring to me on time, she asked the owner to upgrade the diamond to a better quality clarity for my troubles. I had it tested and it was deemed genuine. I proposed and she said yes. Thanks Annie and Nataliediamonds! I would be happy to recommend you and your company to anyone!
