Name Necklace 

Was late I emailed them as i placed order said 5-7 days so would came in time for valentines . It came today was supposed to play music it was personalised keyring and it does not . £28 for a daft keyring

I ordered a personalised watch for my boyfriend, on the 9th of December as it said 5-7 days expected, waited and no sign comes to Christmas eve and I emailed them, one person says its been dispatched and another one says you've not ordered it from us!! There an absolute joke never order from these my cost £30 altogether!!

ORDER NEVER RECEIVED!! My son ordered a necklace at a cost of £27.99 back in January. However this was never received. The company agreed they would resend the item for a further delivery fee of £5 once the item had been returned to them by the courier. After 6 weeks of chasing they claimed the item still hadn't been received by them however advised they would remake and send the item for a further fee of £15. Having read the reviews I have advised my son not to send any further monies as I am doubtful whether this is in fact a genuine company or just a scam!

I have been ordering jewellery off my name necklace for years and been very happy with what I received . BUT this year I ordered 2 chains for Christmas valued around 70 and received neither of them . I had 2 very unhappy daughter in laws Christmas Day as I had no presents for them . Have emailed them and they said I received them last year . If they had arrived I wouldn’t b bothered looking for a replacement . Now they’re not answering the emails sent to them . Very bad customer service and wouldn’t recommend them to anybody as I have over the years and got them loads of custom . Never again .

I wish I was allowed to give 0 stars. I am so highly disappointed. My order was supposed to by here over a month ago. It was a Christmas present for my son. I've been in contact with them several times and still no package. I told them I wanted it cancelled and fully refunded. Instead they offered me 10% off once my pacakge arrives. No thank you. Keep it. Give me my money back so I can support a business that is worth supporting. Huge let down.

Omg the personalised photo locket was diabolical to say the least can't even see the picture and the chain is so flimsy it looks like it could snap at any moment.

I am in contact with them but they are saying I can have another product for free but their work is a shambles I just want a refund but they won't allow it.

Do not shop with this company they are awful.

I’ve ordered a necklace and haven’t received any confirmation and told been out for delivery. It’s for a birthday and I’m really worried it won’t come and I’ve been scammed! I’ve emailed and received no reply.

Avoid at all costs I ordered a necklace with a picture of my son and myself and his date of birth on the back , the date was wrong on the back ! And their service was awful!

Avoid avoid avoid. Sally from customer services admitted liability and then offered me 10 percent off another order. Are you joking !! Absolutely not.

Amazing service, ordered on Tuesday came by Friday perfectly and exactly what I expected. The gift is beautiful and my partner is very happy with this (photo necklace) in memory of a friend.

This review is for Mynamenecklace. Buyer beware! What you think you purchased is not what you will get. The customer service is terrible and they do not have a customer phone line so it's impossible to return your item because they do not answer your emails. They misrepresent their products on the website. It's a scam!

I would love to be able to review the item but as I have never received it I can not! No response from the company, no idea where my item is. Shows as in production now for for 21 days with no sign of arriving after paying EXTRA for quick production.
This was a picture of my dead father to commemorate an anniversary for my sister, all it had caused is further heart ache. Luckily bought on a credit card so hopefully can get my £60 back that way.

I've already posted reviews about this company and everyday of trying to Communicate with these incompetent people is sooooooo frustrating.
Don't buy from here, every aspect about them is beyond a joke.
It's a complete waste of time and money.
I want my money back but they won't refund as they are so desperate to keep whatever they can to stay a float because they know what they produce is absolute crap.
They don't communicate they just send the same repeated email over and over.
It's a crime to sell something that is falsely advertised. And these people are doing it everyday..
Don't believe any of the positive reviews nothing good can come from this company. I'd say it's them writing the reviews.
There's more bad than good anyway just DON'T BUY FROM THEM !!!

I bought my partner a leather bracelet for Christmas from this company. It broke in just 24hours. I emailed them for a replacement and was told I would have to pay for a replacement!! Absolutely shocking customer service. Avoid avoid avoid.

This is rubbish poor quality if you receive it from China. Not made in the UK. Should not be allowed to trade.

Ordered the Spotify engraved bracelet and It’s literally tiny. Bought it as a gift for a male friend and honestly not sure it will fit his wrist. And if it does it’s so flimsy it will probably break. I ordered Aurora and it came electric blue?? Because it’s so dark the scan only works in natural light and at an angle. Really disappointed, waited 3 weeks which of course I could forgive if it was actually what I ordered.

Emailed them and they said it might just be the lighting?? Like no it’s literally a whole different colour??

I ordered this beautiful necklace on this website I spent a lot of money and for it to come tiny it was a locket with a photo inside I couldn’t even see the photo with how small the locket was but on the website it looked way better. This was supposed to be a Christmas present so now this is going to be embarrassing giving it
