Would give a zero if possible. They canceled my Elden Ring Vinyl Collection preorder saying I needed to update my credit card. They sent me a link. I get an error message continuously. Have tried calling customer service for 3 days and always get the message that no support agent is available, to leave a message. No call back, no help. Sent a ticket for help. They responded after the 48 hours were up. Offered no help.

Made an Elden Ring Vinyl preorder in Feburary that was confirmed easily and money was taken from my account. Then in October, bandai suddenly sent me an email telling me they were unable to process my transaction and I have to reorder. Not only was it impossible to login to their website to reorder it because their website is broken, once I finally managed to login through another device, I cannot checkout with all 4 of my credit cards anymore because I keep getting an error message. My cards work everywhere else but on the bandai site. There isn't even another way to checkout like paypal or google pay, it was only credit card which doesn't work. I have looked around and I am not the only one with this problem either
Their customer support was slow and unhelpful, and I end up losing my preorder I have waited 10 months for because their website and support is absolutely garbage. I am furious
Terrible online store
Ordered a special edition that came with a figure. The figures box came damaged and part of the figure itself was missing. I emailed them about this and they requested pictures so I sent them. Since then it has been nothing but copy pasted emails telling me how sorry they are and that somebody else needs to make the decision and that they ask for my patients. It's been a month of this. I give up. I thought Walmart had the worst online customer service but bandai namco easily takes the cake. A simple refund or a replacement is all they had to do. Terrible never going to order something from them again.

I ordered some Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour 2022 merch in January and was promised to receive them before the event began the next month. I waited and waited. Got nothing and I looked on the website and they canceled my order without sending me any notifications about it!! The event began and I didn’t get to wear them!! I contacted customer service many times and got the run around. I want my items but it looks like I won’t be receiving them because they’re sold out now. What a horrible company!! At least my avatar has his shirt….

Elden Ring Premium Pre Order
They are horrible. They sent an email out at 8:01PM EST saying peoples credit cards weren't able to be charged for the pre order. Their site was down for maintenance and no one could get in to update their payment. (Not that they even needed to, because we were charge the pre authorization during the pre order window) By the time their site was back up around 12:00AM EST on 2/24/22 the site cancelled all of our orders. DONT trust their site their customer service is awful, everything about them has been a horrible illusive experience, buyers beware.

Their One Piece game on Steam is a giant pile of trash even for One Piece fans and they try to sell it for 60$ like a AAA title when it barely functions like an Indie game.
Most of their games are like this now and people only end up trying out the games when they are 80$ off or newbies who make a mistake and pay 60$ they need to sell off their business to literally any other game developer since anyone else would make better games.
Botched Elden Ring Network Test
I Signed up for the elden ring network test through their website and reached a confirmation page. Little did I know that I needed to also create an account with them after already reaching a confirmation page. I was already signed up for email notifications, but did not have an account. I followed this game since 2019, I think I would be prudent enough to read the directions in full and nowhere did it state that an account was needed separate from the application form.
House of Ashes Pazuzu Edition
This is the first time ive ever purchased an item from the Bandai Namco Store. At first i was a bit concern with the delay but after finally receiving it in hand i can safely say that it was worth the wait! Their House of Ashes Pazuzu Edition is nothing short of a fantastic collectors set. What really impresses me is that even tho most of the items are admittedly simple their presentation gives a very luxury feel to the set. This is easily a must have for any fan of The Dark Pictures Anthology or a great addition to any Horror fan's collection.

Extremely lacking and bad support. They have even invested heavily into making it almost impossible to contact them.
This disregard for the customers is an arrogant and disrespectful approach that makes me hope that they either rethink their ways or simply fall apart.
Since when is it bad to communicate with the ones who make sure your company has a business? I would laugh if it wasn’t so horrible.

Just awful. I bought a game for full price and it is broken. I’ve submitted several tickets on their help page and all they do is ignore me. I’m only one person so I mean nothing to this company. I can only hope that whoever is reading this doesn’t have the same experience. Think twice before giving them your money!!!
Terrible support, Terrible Store, Terrible service
I had pre-order scarlet nexus and went through some of the most tedious and obnoxious issues that you haven't seen from any online storefront in almost 2 decades.
As soon as Scarlet Nexus was meant to unlock the website goes down, I contact support and they tell me "We're working on it" Site goes up finally and there is no reveal code so I can't obtain my purchase. I contact support and they take several days to respond.
The site goes down off and on in the meantime with no reveal code. Support rushes my ticket "we've refunded your order" I didn't want a refund I wanted my preorder and now my account is negative balance on rewards and they want $50 to go back to a neutral balance.
They then send me a message many weeks later with a quick replay "oh you canceled your order we're closing your ticket, leave us feedback on how we did" I click the feedback link and it says "sorry too late"
!!!Avoid Bandai Namco's North America site, it's very archaic and barely functions. Support rushes tickets before you can do anything and ends it just as fast.
If you take a look at their EU site it's the only thing they actually care about.
Avoid Bandai Namco's NA storefront it's shocking it's even still running.!!!

An absolute joke of a company. They don’t care about their servers or player base whatsoever. So much time & money wasted on their bs. How about you treat optc global players like humans instead of cash cows? I swear to god this company is so f’ing wretched. I hope everyone at Bandai loses their job & the company goes bankrupt.

Absolutely amazing support! They helped me unbanning both my Dark Souls Remastered account and my Dark Souls 3 account. Incredibly fast employees as well!
