Non existent customer service
Non existent customer service. I made an order online and not all things were delivered. I already contacted them three times requesting a refund and haven’t heard back from anybody. Useless.

Nahdi chemist outside Zamzam towers
Salaam. I went to Nahdi chemist outside Zamzam towers in Makkah and asked for Otravin which cost 13.80sr. I was offered Rhinaction for 39sr.
I asked for cheaper and and was told this is the cheapest. I had to buy it as my nose was blocked.
Rhinaction did not work for me and I had to buy Otravin form the same chemist this morning after searching online. I found out it was in stock.
Why the need to do this.

Very bad experience for the second time.
I ordered a product with a discount on their site. They canceled the second item and brought me one to lose the discount and they got an amount for delivery. NEVER Wish for reasonable service with them.

Very bad experience recently in makkah…
Very bad experience recently in makkah region. they used to have a good service but unfortunately they cancelled 2 orders in less than a week..strangely when delivery is late for days and support is contacted. I guess support just cancelled the order. I am still waiting for my refund which is almost 1000 sar purchase.
Also please find a good developer to make the chat experience better!

I ordered something from Nahdi on 3rd of October. Order was cancelled but I have NEVER received my refund. I did call them 4 times and gave 2 complaints. BUT, this behavior is not okay since I am loyal costumer and I was ordering 1 or 2 a month. I didn't even get store credit. Nothing. Just respond "You will receive your money in 3-5 days" ... It's been 30-35 days.
Shame.
UPDATE!
I came here to change my review, I added 2 stars because eventually I got my money back...
After numerous calls. And after they gave me expired coupons in value of money, after I checked them, and embarrassed myself, I called them again, and eventually received my money back. (after almost 2 months).
Obviously, you need to be boring to them to get your money back.
