My experience with an online card…

My experience with an online card service was extremely disappointing. Despite paying for an “exclusive” service that promised delivery within 9 days, my card took over three months to arrive. I had to repeatedly call customer support, and instead of resolving my issue, the representative eventually blocked my number.

To make matters worse, the card was reportedly sent to a different country, and when I raised this concern, the company refused to take responsibility. It became clear that once they received payment, customer care was no longer a priority.

I strongly advise others not to waste their money on unverified online services like this. If possible, visit an official office and complete the process in person to avoid unnecessary stress and delays. In urgent situations, such poor service could cause serious problems so it’s best to stay cautious and choose reliable options.

300 Doller went down the drain for a…

300 Doller went down the drain for a POC renewal on urgent basis. Since the application was initiated ( not to mention the painstaking task of application submission)on the app, lahore office couldn’t intervene and I was left to wait more than 2 months as the system blocked my status due to travelling on visa to Pakistan. What are we suppose to do if we aren't granted POC? All this to find out that they've deleted my submitted application and the record of payment. EVIL SCAMMERS!!!

Absolutely rubbish agency honestly they need to really fear Allah SWT with Ramadhan around the corner they continue to scam People taking £50 payment first for the Nandra application and then when the application is submitted and you log into Pak Portal it says there is no application submitted. When raising this I was told to wait patiently months and months I waited same problem despite creating a new email ID etc I then kindly requested a refund to be said to wait again and now I have waited over 6 months no refund. I constantly ask for updates just to be ignored. These people really disgust me these are not the qualities of a good person. Try and keep to your word I'll let the Almighty deal with you.

NICOP application

Applied NICOP and my application was rejected due to some missing information so launched my complaint on Nadra Complaint portal same day i got reply with resolution and case forwarded to concerned team for further process. Very kind and professional team and very friendly

Service charges added in fee

Online app does not work and then no one attends the phone. Nicop appointments not available online. You need to spend a lot of time on computer to get an appointment. Then on appointment day after submission of application you get a surprise of extra service charges above the NICOP charges. We travelled from 3 hours to give these charges to the so called facilitators or employed people who already getting paid by the Pakistan Govt.

Good

I applied for a renewal nadra through the Nadra app on the 24th April this year 2025.

I did read alot of negative reviews regarding applying for a new or a renewal nadra.

My son under the age of 18, his Nadra Expires this year end of August.
Four months time.

As I read alot of negativity, I thought my sons Nadra Expires in four months let's try to submit a Nadra renewal application using the Nadra smart app.

To start with as my son is under the age of 18.

I downloaded the app and tried to complete a renewal for my son using the smart app.

As my son is a minor, the app would not let me submit an application.

After researching on the net, I realised I had to submit my own documents on the app, before renewing my sons application.

I had no issues completing the app online.
I did take my time completing the application.

Completed application on the 24th April to my surprise I received my sons Nadra on the 19th May.

Hope we have no issues when travelling to Pakistan in August this year.

One of the worse services ever

One of the worse services ever. British passport takes 10 minutes online to renew if that. This Nadra card is Pakistani and the security is like invading a country. 3 to 4 hours to renew nadra card, it's a joke. Just look at the reviews the Akistani Government should be ashamed of themselves. You have to upload the fingerprints atleat dozen times before it accepts it, and the picture uploading process? God 50 tm35times and still no luck. Then it locks you out for an hour.

INCOMPETENT AND NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!

I applied for Nadra card for my wife back in 2023. They took the fee money and made enquiries but two years down the line still no resolution.
Every time I raise a query and ask about it, they say it is with the concerned department. Then they promptly close the complaint.
No update or communication about the application.
This has happened many times.
What a waste of space they are.
Not fit for purpose.
Incompetence as hell!

Not sure what else I can do!!

Online Nadra Application Refund

I made an online application for a Nadra card back in the start of August. Just as I was on the final stage to make payment their system crashed but still took the payment. At first they acknowledged the error and stated that they have issued a refund which would take 15 to 20 days. This never arrived so I messaged again via the nadra complaints section and they stated their was an error with the refund as it was held in the system and they would do this refund manually. This again did not arrive and now they are ignoring the messages. Very poor service. Maybe they like the title of theives and scammers.

No support at all

No support at all. All the numbers provided online or all the helplines are useless. No one picks up the phone. No email replies. NOTHING.

Once picked up the phone a long time ago only once and would not even look to confirm my appointment and instead had a go at me saying just come to the appointment and if there is no appointment, go back and then make another one. I ain't checking nothing.

Hang yourself but never use this link

A state webpage, working as pathetic as it could be. And I know it doesn't matter what people go through just to get a visa or NICOP.
The fingerprinting system is never ever going to work until it makes you lose your mind.
It will sometimes ask you to verify your account so you need to add ID number of a close family member (parent, paternal or maternal parents) residing in Pakistan.
Keeping on thing in mind if I have added a family member's ID number to verify an account for my NICOP then I can not use same family member's number to verify my kids' NICOP account.
Why? If my account is verified with my father's # then being my kids, why can we not use the same number to show the link that he is my father and he is grandfather to my kids.. Simply horrible.
We have been working on getting NICOP for my kids for the past 4 months, every time it will give me a new error. One of the account was blocked although we paid the fee n we were asked to use another account. we paid n proceeded n now we are again stuck with the same finger printing.
Sometimes it asks us for finger printing and sometimes it asks for picture verification.
On top of all these things, today when we decided that we are going to be very patient n get things done, we found that our application has been removed and we do not have any application at all - so we can not even complain about it now.

There is no one who can resolve this or any issue no matter what we go through. Every time you complain, the reply will start with such polite words which makes your blood boil and wish to punch them in their face...

Horrible service and loads of technical faults! Swallows a day to complete requirements

NADRA, Your technical system is horrible! Whoever selected the settings is incapable of mathematical skills. It says error: parents DOB must not be equal or greater than the applicant´s DOB with correct information!?! I have taken a screenshot of this joke. I have spent a whole day filling in this form and many fields were just not functioning. And unfortunately we are not allowed to go to the embassy and just apply there. They make it online only and if you do not have an existing POC you cannot apply for a new POC. The uploads of photos was a nightmare even with the help of an app. The same pic was accepted the next day at once after 15 pics were not accepted the day before. I spent 100 USD for the application but due to non-editable informations that are fixed by themselves the application is refused and you have to apply again- good money for NADRA. If it is your rule not to allow to edit the passport information bad luck and loss of money for us. But very poor performance of the technical system! I would appreciate if you could at least review the application for any other faults so that a second try may not bring about new surprises each in 100 USD value for the applicant. Thanks. This has taken me 8 hours over 3…

This has taken me 8 hours over 3 separate days to just update my sons marital status,
The Aquaistion form uploading was a nightmare, but the help of YouTube we managed to complete it, I honestly belive that a better website needs to be designed... to make it easier for everyone to make a new, renew or update nadra cards, plus payment should be taken at the end not beginning.
