Very helpful and fast service.

Just use caution that you use the residential phone number not the 0844 number that I was auto directed to. The residential number is on the site.

Highly recommended I would definitely use them again. Excellent all round service.

Beware the 08445561818 number is not free to call and is not charged at normal local or national rates!!!
I Was surprised to find had been charged £1.14 for a 5 minute telephone call to this company!
This is not made clear on the website which I believe breaks the OFCOM rules

I needed a sink quickly, as mine was cracked. MyTub had exactly the style and design that fitted my granite surround. I ordered off line and there was no delivery charge all the way to Jersey. The order arrived within 10 days, so all in all I was very pleased.

I wanted an item quickly, without having to drive additional miles so I ordered on line. Local suppliers were out of stock. I had excellent speedy service and efficient communications regarding processing and delivery. It arrived on time and as ordered. Delighted.

Great prices, for a product I found hard to find elsewhere.

Service was impeccable could not ask for a better service.

The item I wanted was organised when I wanted it and it was available for collection locally saving me any delivery charges.

Your staff took the trouble to find the item and arrange for the collection locally.

Bathroom and kitchen works are complete now but if you sell televisions please let me know!!

After a bit of searching around on line I ordered 11 x 3m lengths of pipe.

I got a phone call to say the price wasn't the price, it was the price per meter only. Okay, some items are priced like that but many are priced per length which is what I was buying. If this was the price per metre, it was going to be way, way more expensive than even my local builders' merchant and that's even before putting my trade discount on.

On the call, there was no acknowledgement that the website price was wrong (which it was) and no sign of an apology for causing me the hassle. Just a completely condescending attitude and the implication that I'm a DIYer, which I'm certainly not. We went round and round in circles until I eventually terminated the call.

So, the message is, check the pricing on the website carefully and also look elsewhere - they had nothing on my materials list that I couldn't get considerably cheaper at many of the local merchants and even in some cases the DIY sheds.

And here we go again. I get a reply saying that it's priced per metre. I'm more than happy to post a screen shot of the item in question which mentions nothing of the sort. Just 3m length, at a price. It's still showing the same on screen today, item 324330 although I'm sure that by the time potential customers read this the site will have been changed. Unless they're completely incompetent.

There's plenty of other items priced the same way and yes, also some which say "Prices is per mtr" on the item page. As I said - misleading and no consistency.

Still no acknowledgement of the error and no commitment to straighten up the website, just a lecture on the phone and now a "you were wrong" reply. I won't be using them again.

Desperate for the material, it will be coming from MKM at what works out at a fraction of the MyTub price (per metre). And of course, MKM sells and prices it by the length, so all the telephone blather about per metre being "industry standard" is nothing of the sort.

I know this sounds like a rant, but the one thing I can't cope with is people who waste my time and then deny they've made an error.

Good service but problems with carriers/stock. Always kept fully informed but took 20 days to deliver.

Want to thank Steven and the driver at MyTub that arranged for x24 pans across the country to our branch. Delivery arrived on time and included a pan FOC. Will come to MyTub again if in a similar situation.

Fast & efficient service. Received the spare part in 2 days.

Bought a replacement toilet seat lid which was not correct even though it had the same part number. The manufacturer may have changed it but My Tub utterly refused to take it back. Finally they agreed to give my some refund. So I went to the post office and sent it. When I got back they had asked me to phone and when I told them It had gone they were enraged. I do not know why. In the end I had to put the phone down. I have just lost about £120.

I have now received a full refund so now all satisfactory
