I was delighted to find these gloves online and ordered straight away paying for fast delivery. As it was a Friday morning I did not anticipate the order arriving until Monday or Tuesday. I needed them for Wednesday, that is why I paid the extra postage. I live in the Highlands and our post can take longer to reach us sometimes!
Imagine my surprise and delight when they arrived on Saturday morning!
I am very pleased with the gloves and the service and delivery was excellent. I highly recommend My Triathlon.

Good range of products with my order arriving correctly and quicker than expected.

27/2/26 ordered swim sleeves, item delivered 11/3. Returned immediately, needed larger size. Paid for return and postage to send new size! There are reviews on sizing issues. After many emails, some no response, was advised twice it had arrived in Spain. My last update request was 15/4 no response, the item was delivered 16/4. If there’s any chance you may need to return, buy elsewhere. Keep your sanity.

Prompt excellent service including an address switch which was successfully and swiftly sorted out. Unlike some other websites I’ve used. Thank you. Lovely product.

So far it has taken 19 days to refund an order that was cancelled by the store and never dispatched. I still do not have my money back. V poor customer service.

Do not use this company if there is any possibility you may want to return an item, their returns policy is at best unethical and they do not meet the terms of it.
I kept a part of my order and sent two items back that did not fit. They acknowledged receipt on 16th February. They state in their policy that returns may take up to 21 days............why, I have no idea. However, after lodging a chargeback on my credit card, and chasing twice, once after the 21 day terms of their returns policy, I have eventually received the refund today............one calender month after they acknowledged they had received the goods. I am in the process of raising this with Trading Standards as an unfair and unethical practice by a company failing to meet the terms of their returns policy as it is clear from their reviews that this is their usual practice for returned items and is an unacceptable practice for managing cashflow which need investigating and a stop putting to it to protect other consumers.

Only site still selling the old look mtb-cleats. Very professional and informative service, fast answer via web. Doubtless top shop if in UK. If not, prepare for extra taxes (customs)
