Online shopping was easy as was the ordering process. The order arrived quickly and my items were well packaged. The knobs and pulls are an excellent quality and just what I wanted.

We ordered Richelieu brushed nickel Celtic knobs and pulls for our cabinetry in the remodeled guest room and we are thrilled. We reordered three times after the first products arrived and we were pleased to increase the number. The products are substantial and well made. They arrived in a timely manner and suit exactly the look we wanted in the room. The price was reasonable and we will order from MyKnobs in the future!

My order arrived earlier than expected but I have to return some because I accidentally ordered the wrong size.

I purchased one cabinet hinge from Myknobs along with one cabinet hinge from four other companies in order determine the best match with my new gold knobs. When matching hardware, this is a common thing consumers do. Their hinge did not match the best along with three other hinges. I had no problem returning any of the other hinges. However even though my purchase was within the 30 day window , Myknobs refused to allow me to return the product because I installed the hinge to view it with the cabinet knob. Again this is something I did with all the other hinges and typical for consumers to do when they purchase a sample. I will never purchase from this company again and do not recommend them due to their poor understanding of customer needs and poor customer service.

This company stinks. I ordered a knob set and when they arrived I realized it was the wrong lock mechanism and returned it for a refund. I barely took it out of the packaging, repackaged it they exact way they shipped it to me, then they denied my return saying I damaged it. They sent me photos of extremely small marks to the brass which could have been caused by anything (shipping, improper handling at the warehouse, etc.) but put the blame on me. I wanted to exchange for another model and they refused, didn't even offer to speak with me about it, and shipped me back the item with no refund. The quality of their items is great but they have horrible customer service and will blame YOU if something like this happens. I'm working on a larger remodel and planned to order from them but they have lost by business. Good day.

Whatever you do, do not shop at this site. It's a crap shoot. If their distributer ships it to you, you're in luck. If not, you are out of luck and their customer service is a circus act. Go to a trusted online provider. Not worth the risk.

I got a return auth for a partial order, then decided to return everything. I called and was told she would update the request. Now I have received the partial refund and they are not responding at all to my chat requests or emails. If you return, you have to pay the shipping AND they charge a 25% re-stocking fee! They are dreadful!! I strongly recommend you buy elsewhere. The product is fine, and I should have ordered from Amazon who is easy to deal with and a legit business!! DO NOT ORDER FROM MYKNOBS!!!

They want to charge me 25% for knobs that are entirely wrong. Not the correct sheen.

Ordered parts for cabinets that appeared to ship in a normal timeline per the website. Weeks later I contacted them to ask why no shipment. They then told me they would be shipped more than 2 months after my order date. They only told me this after I emailed, not at the time of the order. I run an e-commerce company and would never dream of informing customers about a back order weeks after an order date. Terrible customer service will not order from them again. There are plenty of online knob shops.

Items shipped on time. Nice quality knobs -BUT the screws were subpar quality. Three broke off when fastening to cabinet. And I am a 68-year old female - not a body builder. I would have given a 5 rating but for this issue

What a boat load of knobs you’ll find here ay Myknons.com, I found them by accident and I’m thrilled I did. I was looking for wrought iron knobs to fit in my log cabin and I certainly found what I was looking for and at a great sale price to boot! The shipment I thought for ground service was fairly fast and I really wasn’t in any hurry to do my replacement but, was thrilled they arrived eariler than I thought. They certainly look awesome and I’m delighted with my purchase. Knowing they have such a wide selection if the need arises I’m sure I’ll check them out again plus recommend them to friends.
