Placed order and paid for next day shipping. Three days later I still have not received an order confirmation and my order is still processing. Tried the online customer service and was passed around and could never get anyone to even respond. Beware this place is a mess. If you have all the time in the world to wait and don't mind you order being in limbo that entire time this is your place.

MyKnobs should be called MyFraud, since they take your money, make multiple promises that they never keep, claim their systems are down and that they need to call you back and they never do. I ordered a door knob which they stated in their site was supposed to be received in a period no longer than 10 business days. 12 business days, after I ordered it, I called and after leaving a message (since no one answered the call), I got a call back 2 days later and they stated that the merchandise was on back order but that I should receive it within a week. Two weeks later, after being on hold for 20 minutes, another representative told me that "their system was down" but that she would call me back. Never did. I canceled the order via the credit card. They wasted my time and never delivered anything.

MyKobs was a pleasure to work with. They had a great selection. easy to down select to the style and "color" I wanted. I highly suggest MyKnobs!

The columns were received on time and the workmanship was outstanding.

I was hoping these concealed hinges would work. Unfortunately the door stops are not useful because I’m not able to adjust them for my doors. The door either is allowed to hit the wall or opens less than 90 degrees and stops the door too far away.
I tried to adjust by flipping the position from one side to another as well as clocking/rotating the spline between the pin and stopper.
No way to fine tune due to the large angle, 22.5 degrees I believe, between the splines.

Too difficult and time consuming to reach customer service to make a return. They only give you 20 days to get it back, and then there is postage to pay and a restocking fee. I lost a week waiting for them to respond to my email, which customer service never did. I had to waste my time sitting on hold for 30 minutes to get an agent. Chat was even slower. I'm not sure I'll get much money back after all this, especially considring USPS and restocking and my time.

They sent the wrong item - hall/closet door handle vs. outside door. I was told to take a picture and send an email to customer service. I sent a picture of the box marked "hall/closet". They then told me I had to take the handle out of the box and send a picture of that. I finally just paid the $25.00 to return $106.00 worth of product of which they only refunded me $75 after charging a restocking fee. Stay away from them - horrible customer service.

I had ordered and received cabinet pulls from MyKnobs before and it was fine. Recently I ordered a towel ring and toilet tissue holder and the color was different despite ordering the same finish and metal within the same collection as instructed by the website. There was also a slight weld defect on the towel ring. I sent pictures and awaited a solution. They always answered my emails promptly and courteously but failed to follow up in the timely manner they stated such as "3-5 business days", "a few days", and "soon". Each of these required a reminder email from me at the 1.5-2 week period when I didn't hear back. After an unsatisfactory resolution suggestion from them, they authorized a refund. It took about 6 weeks and about 3 reminder emails from me to finally be refunded. I truly had hoped for a product replacement solution, but when they were unable to provide that, things became, what I believe to be, unnecessarily difficult.

Received order timely and in good condition. Haven’t installed yet, but don’t anticipate any issues

I ordered one refrigerator pull on April 10, paid $29 to expedite with Fedex. It is Aug 16, still no pull and no communication from My Knobs. "Processing" is on website, but promised yesterday, no show. This delay is costing me plenty on final inspection of home for sale. What do I hear....nothing, more excuses. Forget this place, do not depend upon their middleman supply model.

Their processing times and lead times are much longer than they say. When you ask to be find out the tracking status, they tell you it takes 24 hours to get an answer to that.

Requested all locks be keyed alike when order was placed. Upon arrival, all keys were different. Customer service has been of zero assistance to resolve the issue.

After being approved for a return (weird process, but ok) and incurring $100 to ship the item back, 3 months later and I still haven’t received a refund.

On another refund, the “restocking fee” was more than half my refund. Had I known, I would have kept the product and resold it to recoup costs.

They have some great products, but terrible customer service and an even worse return policy/procedure. Order with care.

It can be challenging to order the correct hardware on line. Your website provided good specifications. I have the high quality lock installed and feel the house is much more secure.
