We bought some beautiful lights from this company when we recently renovated our house. The lights are stylish, reasonably priced and get lots of compliments. We found the company to offer good after-sales service too.

What a super Company, super service, and super prices! I inadvertently bought the wrong colour temperature LED bulbs and returned these no problem and then bought 6.5W Kosnic dimmable LED bulbs which are fantastic. And a special credit to super customer service from Jennifer. I will be back!

Glad I found this website. I couldn't get a halogen tube anywhere (B&Q, CEF, Toolstation, Screwfix) so was thinking of buying a whole new LED unit. No need to... this website gives very accurate product info & precise measurements of the tubes they stock (ie: to end of the tube and also to the end of the pins). Very helpful, which made the decision to buy very easy.
Service was efficient and extremely prompt. Will certainly use them again when the need arises.

Hi I ordered outside wall lights and brick lights for a long standing client. All ok except the bezels on the brick lights didn’t come with open and lattice bezels as on the box ,but wasn’t MGL fault as they thought there were 2 off , but only lattice supplied . I rang and addressed this , they were straight on it and apologised profusely. I had 2 phone calls back as promised, saying it was a manufacturer problem. They sent a returns free of charge return document straight away which I thought excellent service. Fortunately over the weekend I fitted the fittings and the client was well happy, so no need for returns. I have used this company before, and found them spot on in their service and goods . Simple phone calls can archive a lot , and it’s good to get things sorted. Pleased .

I contacted MGL to help with some exterior lighting units that I purchased four years earlier but had a five year manufacturer’s warranty. They immediately worked with the manufacturer to supply and ship replacements to me without quibble. Excellent customer service and will use again in the future.

Faulty product and poor customer service, I'm better off buying elsewhere specifically prices aren't that competitive when you taken into account half of the order wasn't working. Customer service implied to send it back for testing and if it's not working they will refund the postage charges. When I asked about the actual tube price they stopped responding!

Ordered and paid Tuesday today is Sunday goods still not shipped

Always buy my replacement strip light bulbs from here as the service is outstanding. Easy to use website, vast range to choose from, good prices, great communication and fast delivery even when only paying for Royal Mail 2nd Class. Ordered Thursday afternoon and they arrived today, Saturday. Highly recommend!

Spoke to Jennifer yesterday about replacing some LED lights. She was extremely helpful and I placed an order. Less than 24 hours later the lights have been delivered and fitted and fit perfectly in the old fittings. Excellent service. Thank you very much.

I had spent a while looking for a replacement for my shattered lamp glass, not finding one big enough, or the wrong flange shape etc. Then I came across MGL - a easy to read website clearly showing the sizes and fitting lip of the glass. Then I found I had the option of plain or seeded glass, at a better price than any I'd seen before. I ordered with first class postage, and the item arrived very quickly, very well packed, in perfect condition. I wasn't sure about opting for seeded glass but find it looks amazing. Brilliant product, service, price. Now re-lighted and totally delighted!

I was struggling to find a specific wattage and kelvin combination in a "fat screw in" bulb, but this shop had some. Yay. Good choice of bulbs amongst other lighting related items, at good prices, and with honest p&p costs.

Dispatched the 3rd day after ordering, and came via RM. They may have offered faster delivery, but I didn't need it, and can't remember.

It's good to not have to resort to the "big river site" or the "bay of E".

Will use for future purchases.

This was my first time using My Green Lighting and it certainly won't be my last. The sales team were very knowledgeable about the products and took time to confirm exactly which of them would be most suitable for our needs.

A further check on stock with the suppliers confirmed availability and as we were very pressed for time the sales team arranged for delivery direct from the manufacturer. My expectation was that it would take at least a couple of days to arrive but to my delight the order was with us the following day and installed ahead of schedule.

In the age of online stores it is a welcome change to find one that also has a telephone number so that you can speak to someone and take advice, which is readily given.

In summary, this is an organisation that walks the talk and backs up their quality products with quality customer service.
