The wardrobe fitter, Andy, did an excellent job in fitting the units. He was professional and pleasant throughout the time he was with us. He explained why he couldn’t fit the 2 drawer shoe unit at the bottom of the full length unit.
It would have meant that we couldn’t reach the hanging rail and discounted his fitting price accordingly and said he would arrange for the company to reimburse us for the drawer, as he was only able to fit one because of the restriction on reaching the hanging rail if he fitted two. His workmanship was perfect. Andrew Davies who designed the room also did a great job and the set up of our newly created dressing room was exactly what we wanted within the budget we had.

Customer service is diabolical they never ring you back,was left with 2 side panels that were not needed which had been paid for and left to get rid of myself, sent email complaining never had a reply. Wardrobe are good quality and fitter made a good job, would not recommend.

Great job from first contact to install
Found the firm and all people we spoke to through the process friendly, professional and not pushy. Andrew guided us through options and outline designs till we were happy. Obviously trying to get our signature but at no time did we feel pressure to do so. Karl did a thorough follow up and measure while Andy the joiner did a great job in fitting and went the extra mile on making sure we were happy. Communications and process were excellent throughout. Can’t really fault any of it. We are happy customers and would recommend to our friends. Admittedly we are only a week in so cannot comment on longevity but the 10-year warranty is reassurance in that regard.

The fitter Kevin was fantastic but sales person had own agenda.
The fitter Kevin was fantastic. He worked like a Trojan.
Malcolm, however, didn’t listen to what I actually wanted. He had his own ideas and agenda. Pleasant enough guy but I feel there was a lot of falseness about him. He asked for a small deposit as I had to draw money from a building society. He took my credit card details saying he would take £500.00
He actually took £2500. When challenged he came up with some bull about if they delivered the furniture and I hadn’t paid then they couldn’t come into my house and claim it back I was anxious about them coming in as I was not getting what I actually wanted

I am absolutely thrilled with my new fitted wardrobes. From start to finish, the team did a sterling job.
The process began with Bobby, who provided a fantastic initial consultation, followed by Suf, the surveyor who was incredibly helpful in accommodating a last-minute design change. Finally, Matt, the fitter, did a cracking job with the installation, his attention to detail is evident. And finally, a huge thanks to the coordination team for the smooth scheduling and the ease of payment through their digital links.
What really blew me away was the value. I had a quote from another company for the exact same design and materials, yet this team came in at half the price. To get this level of quality while saving 50% is rare - I couldn't be happier.

We thought we’d leave a review already, regarding our fantastic experience so far with ‘My Fitted Bedroom’. Hayley visited us on a Saturday, which was really convenient, and she was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and an excellent listener. The process so far has been so reassuring for something I was a little wary of - we’ve never had a bedroom designed before! From the point of me ringing to arrange a visit, everyone involved literally ‘delivers’ what and when they say they will - I’ve received calls when promised, and Hayley has sent quickly, really good plans, drawings and costings. We’re looking forward to meeting the surveyor soon (all within a week!). It goes

Everything went to plan and on time…
Everything went to plan and on time although I was apprehensive about paying for everything apart for the fitting upfront.
Carpenter did a great job although my biggest gripe was the dust that was everywhere. We didn't interfere with him until he left after the first day so we weren't aware of dust until he left.
We have had Sharps and other wardrobes fitted and on those occasions the carpenters had dust extraction apparatus which leaves very little dust.
When the job was complete the carpenter gave us a job satisfaction questionnaire to fill out in front of him which was very off putting and felt obliged to mark it 10/10 as he was a nice guy an a good fitter.
Overall. Very happy with the wardrobes.

I was able to get a full spec drafted up for free, the order and delivery was much quicker than expected and the install was top notch. No choice
Sales man was nice, but the designer was very slow in getting the design done and sent for agreement. We were told that the jewellery drawer could be just a plain drawer, the designer said no. Either a jewellery drawer or no drawer, just a non opening front. I had requested all white , the designer told me that the interior is a grey colour. No choice. By this time we had already paid a £1000. Deposit. So we had to go along with the colours that were not allowed and a compartmented drawer that is of no use for my needs.
The time taken was very slow, the designer took nearly 2 weeks to get the plans sent to us. This was after he wanted to sit in our front room for a couple of hours on the day of his visit to draw up the plans.
