I can not fault this company in any shape or form. I have nothing but high praise for them. Their products are amazing and their customer service is the best I have ever come across. They resolved a problem I had with an order, which was totally my fault which I placed at 10.30 pm. I emailed them straightaway about the said problem and by 6.00 am the following morning I had an email to say they had sorted it for me and the product was delivered the next day. Absolutely amazing. My daughter had reoccurring nappy rash. Prescribed numerous steroid and anti fungal creams from doctors, changed nappy brands, creams, wipes, soaps etc and nothing was improving.
Moved over to this cream alongside a course of antibiotics and for over 3 months now she has not had any nappy rash, not even a mild rash.
This has been a life saver, it was heart breaking watching her in pain and not being able to relieve it.
May seem costly, but don’t need to use much as more like an oil than a cream so a little goes a long way!

There was a problem with my delivery at first, when I emailed my expert midwife they responded the next working day and managed to resolve the issue within 2 days with being 8 months pregnant this was very helpful. They solved the issue explained what had happened and apologised for the inconvenience then sent my order out straight away! I received the Motherload today and I’m over the moon with it! Thank you! Look forward to using all the products for myself and my baby!

Fantastic products. Used their products from early pregnancy to use on new born and absolutely love them. They are so good at what they do and some of the only products I have found to work. The dribble cream is superb.

The best postpartum and baby brand! In particular there soak for bits helped me to relaxed towards the end of my pregnancy and has helped me heal postpartum! We also love their no harm bum balm for our little ones nappy rash. Totally recommend to any new/expectant mums x

My newborn was suffering from really bad face acne to the point his face looked like it was burnt. I had him at the doctor and nothing could be done so I ended up googling things I could try and expert midwife super charged skin salve popped up and it said for newborns, so I thought there’s no harm in trying and wow the results the day after using the balm once was absolutely incredible 😳😳
