Lovely items from myddfai. Must admit the shower steamers were a bit disappointing so I wouldn't bother with those again. But the soap and other goodies they sent very quickly and we're very nice

I found the products from Myddfai.com to be good overall, with lovely scents and careful packaging ensuring safe delivery. The online service was smooth, and the descriptions on the website were helpful. However, while the items were nice, I feel there’s room to improve to make the experience truly exceptional. A solid option for gifts or personal use.

I received the product by post the next day as promised. Both the ginger hand/ body lotion and the ginger hand wash are excellent. Really gentle on the skin, especially my wife's hands. Lovely smell to both

Excellent Service
My products were delivered the day following the placement of the order. This is excellent service in support of first class products. I have been purchasing Myddfai soaps and body lotion for several years and found them to be a fair and good company to do business with. The products are high quality and customer service very responsive.

Item (wax melts) was lovely and beautifully packaged
Arrived quicker than expected
Nice to buy from a local/ethical company and we especially liked the bi-lingual leaflet explaining about the company and its workers .

A pleasure to deal with this company
They reply to messages promptly and in a friendly and efficient way. As I live locally I arranged to collect my order from the shop in Llandovery. The staff there were very welcoming, and it was a pleasure to browse in the shop.

Good quality and efficient service .
Lovely products nicely presented and quick turnaround time. The fact that they use Royal Mail for deliveries is areal plus as well- other couriers are not very reliable.

Hi Chris,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re truly sorry to hear about your disappointment, but we’d like to clarify the situation regarding your order.
According to our records, your package was dispatched via Royal Mail 48 hours on the 20th of January. Their tracking information shows that delivery was attempted on the 22nd and 23rd, but unfortunately, there was no one available to receive it at the time. The package is currently being held at the Cardiff sorting office, awaiting further instructions.
To ensure you can receive your order as soon as possible, you can arrange a re-delivery or collection online here: Royal Mail Re-delivery Request. You will need your tracking number which aw on the order dispatch confirmation, but i will send this to you again via email.
