Don't touch this company with a bargepole.

They will take your deposit and then proceed to drag you around in circles. No customer service once money is handed over.

Plus most of the positive reviews are fake. I've not met one person that has anything good to say about these guys.

I had the hair transplant about a year back and am extremely happy with the results and care given.
Very straight and honest about what can and cannot be done which I did not get from visiting other places. I also like the innovation of the clinic, always developing news treatments and auditing the results. I had signed up to go to Turkey but my gut told me to go with these guys.

BEWARE !! TOP END SCAM ! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT CARRY OUT SERVICES! I AM STILL TRYING TO GET MY REFUND BUT THEY ARE MAKING ME GO ROUND IN CIRCLES ! THERE ARE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBERS! DO NOT SEND YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS!!

Please be very careful when dealing with these people. There is clearly a scam going on between the Birmingham and London clinics. 21 phone calls made to both, whilst waiting for refund since August 2020. 3 official emails been sent for a Subject Access Request for Data Commissioner and no replies received since 9th October. Neither Birmingham or London have direct emails or contact numbers to any member of staff. Only generic googlemail. Apparently someone called S Khan is the head of the clinic, but after 21 calls still no response from him. Is he a fictitious figurehead? All of the other reviews on here are in line with my experience. PLEASE do not part with your money as you will never get it back. Medical and financial regulatory bodies continually witheld. Now in the process of reporting FRAUD victim support and initiating legal investigations. Lost job due to Covid and seriously ill, shielding and they witholding the significant up front payment. In retrospect, the quality of the website should've set off alarm bells on this clinic. Please do not put yourself through the anguish and hardship I have experienced as a result of this scamming agency. Proof of all communications can be provided for legal reasons***available on request***When queried name of doctors in London...unable to answer. NO proof of medical qualifications or their legal framework when requested. I really do not want anyone else to go through this. Whole situation has seriously affected my health. PLEASE steer clear. In a year of a worldwide pandemic, it is awful to know that there are people out the doing this to fellow men

What a day. Booked in the surgery 6 weeks back payed 50% deposit to confirm time and date. Today was the surgery travelled from birmingham to London 3 hour drive. Only to be told we they have record of the surgery been booked in. spoke to the agent in birmingham informs us he failed to email them nothing he can do not his problem. 

Drove back to the agent to after a few strong words gave me the deposit back and taxi bill to London.

Agents are cowboys they are making cash scamming customers so they don't care. Best to book with the surgery centre directly 48-50 South St, Romford RM1 1RB 01708 572674.

Hi everyone. As I sed in my previous review that I have requested to MCG for my refund. And let’s see what they do. So they still not refund my money. I’m regularly ringing everyday. And I speak two different staff members one is call RAJESH AND SECOND ONE IS SACHIN. Everyday they promise me to ring me back. But they do’t. So basically they are not interested to refund me anything. So guys plz plz never ever trust these people. They are big frauds people. They will very polite to u before taking money but they will treat u like piece of shift after they suck you off. I know they not giving me my money. But they do’t know they have to pay my money back and I’ll get my money back of these basters.😡

I was tricked in to believing I was going to have what I've wanted for years! I planned a week off for recovery at the cost of £1500 loss of earnings, booked hotels for my stay all to be told on the day it couldn’t be done over the two days which I constantly asked every time I went for my radio appointments. I did get most of my money back but it took 4 days of constant calls to them to finally get it, but they did steal £500 off me. The only honest person was the consultant on the day who was honest with me. I really hope i see one of these salesmen in a pub on day.

Don’t go with this company for a hair transplant, the day before I was about to travel to London to have it done I wasn’t even wrote down on the list even though I rang a week before to confirm I was ready to go down on that date. 6 months after the operation, I have tried contacting them because I have been told that my hairline looks unnatural by other local surgeons, once I told them about what has been said they have been avoiding my phone calls!
