Brilliant
Was discharged from an overnight stay last weekend and my experience was brilliant, the staff were amazing. The nurses were so lovely and made me feel comfortable when I was nervous, couldn’t fault them!

Jo is the best thing that’s happened to me on my journey with a breast reduction surgery! It’s been such an emotional roller coaster and also so complicated: when you have a breast reduction things aren’t as simple as chucking in implants to make small boobs big. It’s 10000 things you have to consider and have an objective view of what results are achievable. I’m still to have the surgery but I’m feeling so comfortable getting advice and guidance from someone who’s already had a procedure and has so much experience in the industry and last but least - is so GENUINE. Not only that but she literally treats her customers like family- she is kind, caring, on her phone 24/7, personable and makes you feel as your happiness is her responsibility throughout each step. What else could anyone ask for? I cannot describe with words how fortunate I feel to have met Jo. I’ve never received better treatment and customer experience for 30 years. Botched results from surgery and take no responsibility
After nearly 5 years of a relationship with My Breast I can definitely say I would avoid and not recommend for breast augmentation. The initial correspondence was great with the patient advisors, i felt super comfortable and in the right hands, I confirmed my surgery and all went ahead but I was left with Symmastia caused by surgeon error after my first breast augmentation in Nov 2017. I gave it a year, after taking my surgeons advise and speaking with the board of plastic surgery, and there was still no improvement. After several complaints and 1.5 years of hating my body I had corrective surgery in July 2019 with My Breast and the same surgeon. Nothing improved and I was left it a worse position. Since then I raised concern and another 2 years have passed by with getting no contact or responses. My Breast are 5* at passing you from person to person without ever replying or calling back. I just wish they understood the level of severity this has on ones mental health (especially at the age of mid 20's). Wish I had never had surgery in the first place.
Friendly, Informative
I have booked my surgery for the 28th December so can’t comment on that just yet but I am confident I will have brilliant results. It is something I have been considering for 10+ years.
Roxanne my patient advisor has been extremely helpful from my enquiry and throughout the consultation/booking process, she seemed to know the perfect surgeon for me straight away! She has been friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy in the slightest as some companies can be.
Dr Alfie is a lovely genuine surgeon who put me at ease straight away, he explained the surgery in detail on a call/in person (all the pro’s/con’s that come with a surgery) I have trust his judgment on my surgery and can’t wait to see my results.
1st class customer care!
The level of support I have received from the Senior Patient Advisor has first class! Roxanne took the time to walk me through every step and was at the end of the phone whenever I had any questions or queries. I am due to have my surgery on 28th December and going my the level of customer care I have received to date I have no worries. Thank you Roxanne for all your time and guidance. I’m forever grateful.
The consultation was outstanding
The consultation was good, the consultant (Mr Hazem Alfie) was very understanding and nice; cool, calm and collected. He is a very sociable person. Would 100% recommend.

I have not had my surgery as yet but so far I am very happy with the level of Communication from patient advisors Faye and Roxanne.

I was extremely nervous about surgery but Dr Samer, Vanessa and the team were excellent from start to finish. Would highly highly recommend, super professional, helpful, kind, clean and attentive to needs. This is by far the only place I’d go for procedures!
Dr Samer was extremely professional, calming, reassuring and made my journey so much easier than I had anticipated, he’s done a fantastic job!

I haven't had the procedure yet but Vanessa has been super helpful and friendly with arranging everything for me and answering questions.

I called MyBreast to book a consultation for liposuction, I spoke with Vanessa who was extremely helpful and gave me lots of help and advice on the various surgical options and surgeons available. I was booked in with a female surgeon, which is really unusual to find.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Very disappointed!

Its like im playing footbal and tennis in the same time. All this procedure gave me a lack of confidence, i am trying to hide my chest as much as i can, wearing saggy clothes and very tight sport bras. I have agreed with Prof Sforza at the beginning of April to have a minor revision, assuring me ill be called by the company. We are in half May now and no one called, no one cares. Im sad, mad, disappointed and disgusted. Sorry guys but all u have from me its my £9000 and 1 star!

Breast Reduction with Dr Saour
I saw Dr Saour for a Breast Reduction at the end of October and was so happy with everything! From the first video consultation right through to my 6 week check up, I could not have been happier with the customer care I received or the results. I feel like I could put my trust into him to give me the best result and I just knew he wouldn’t let me down. Overall I went down 6 cup sizes and they are now perfect for me! The nursing team and customer care team have been quick to respond if I had any questions about anything regarding the surgery, pre and post op.
The actual surgery itself went really well and I felt the pain was minimal and not as bad as what I’d expected. The nurses at the hospital were great and I felt all the staff were very efficient and great at communicating with me what was happening! Dr Saour was always very honest and managed my expectations really well from what would be achieved from the surgery.
All in all the experience with the My Breast team has been professional, efficient and life changing (even during a global pandemic) and I’m so happy to say I will be going on my first run back tomorrow with my new boobs!
I would highly recommend the company and thanks again to the team for making me feel looked after and for the amazing result!
Frustrated is an understatement...
Frustrated is an understatement.... booked virtual consultation and paid £25.00 for the privilege considering other places offer free consultation. I had few questions about all the required information for just consultation and when I finally agreed to provide it last minute they told me that my appointment wouldn’t go ahead at agreed time and they need to move it. I told I’m not able to commit to new times and asked to cancel and refund my money.
Two weeks later .... no money back and poor communication with me needing constantly to chase them.
Senior customer care representative called me finally and I must say from when she was happy to take money from me to the point me asking when I can get it back she turned to be very patronising, rude and condescending. I will need to wait for £25.00 to be under review for 28 days!!! And probably another how long to get it back. Shambles.... would not recommend and would never get back....
I will go to all the possible extents to get my money back for something you have failed to provide.

Highly recommended
From the start Prof Sforza and my Patient Advisor Jasmine were fantastic. Pre and post operation I had numerous questions and they were always answered quickly. Nurse Jessica, who I had been in frequent contact with post op, has also been fantastic. Very friendly and efficient in answering my questions.
I wanted my breasts to look natural for my body, and couldn't choose between two sizes. I'm glad I went with Prof Sforza's advice, as the size I went for is perfect. My scars were already a lot smaller and fainter than expected after a few months. Prof Sforza has done an amazing job. I could not be happier so far with my new breasts!

I had my breast augmentation surgery…
I had my breast augmentation surgery done during this awful covid period and had some unexpected changes to my surgery date as a result but, nonetheless, when surgery finally came I received the utmost care and consideration. Professor Sforza is a calm, kind, considerate surgeon and makes you feel comfortable and at ease. The rest of the staff at the Weymouth hospital looked after me so well after my op and I felt in safe hands. I am still in the care of Professor Sforza and his team for my aftercare having just had my week post op check yesterday. They really take good care of you!

Thank you so much to professor Sforza and his team. I am so happy with the results of my breast lift and breast implants. It has been a month since i had surgery. The professor made me feel so comfortable and his bedside manner was very friendly. I wanted a lift and implants and the first surgeon that was recommended said he would not do the 2 at once but professor Sforza was happy to do them. I have had 2 follow up appointments and am healing very well, only needed light pain relief for 3 days. I highly recommend Professor Sforza. Jacqueline branford
