Hi Catherine, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the backpack wasn't the size you were expecting and that it wasn't large enough to fit both a lunchbox and a bottle.
We understand how disappointing this must have been. We do provide the backpack dimensions on our website to help customers choose the most suitable size, but we appreciate that it's not always easy to judge the capacity from the measurements alone.
We'll be sure to pass your feedback on to the relevant team as we continue to improve our product information and shopping experience.
Best regards, Aleksandra, Customer Services, My 1st Years
