Lovely school bag bought for my daughter starting nursery, can’t fault the design or size, there was a rip inside the bag behind the personalisation which was a shame, we kept the bag as we hadn’t noticed until the day before school starting and the rip didn’t effect the use but surprising as the quality is usually amazing.

Hi Nicole, thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback. We're so pleased to hear you loved the design and size of the Personalised Core Pink Spot Mini Compartment Backpack, especially for your daughter's first day at nursery!
We're really sorry to hear about the rip inside the bag. We strive to offer products of the highest quality and it's disappointing to hear that this one didn't meet the usual standard you expect from us. Although we're glad it hasn't affected the use of the backpack, we'd really like the opportunity to look into this for you. Please get in touch with our Customer Services team with your order details so we can see how we can help.
Best regards, Aleksandra, Customer Services, My 1st Years
