Music Box Attic Recensioni

I ordered this over the phone and the gentleman that took my order was very helpful and kind. He made the experience very easy

Very easy process! And the one time I did call your customer service line, the gentleman was very helpful and personable!

The website was easy to use and the product arrived promptly. It was well wrapped for shipping.

Well made, sounds great. Better quality than I expected. Beautiful engraving. Got what I ordered when I was supposed to get it.

Lovely boxes with incredible music options. Great communication. Perfect gifting resource.

Sally, my wife is very pleased with this music box. It was a birthday present to her. This is the first battery-operated music box she has ever owned, and the first one I have ever seen. We consider it to be superior to windup and crank ones. We also appreciate that you can choose the song which is copied into the music box. Thank you for your good service. We will be repeat customers.

The music box looks like it cost less than $5 to make. It is tiny and is not good quality for the $100+ price tag. I was definitely disappointed with this purchase. Look elsewhere if you want good quality, this is not it. Hope this review helps someone else in the future as company should not get away it.

Not receive item ordered
No response from supplier

Very easy website to navigate and fast order processing. Item was shipped first business day sifter ordering it.

I purchased the hummingbird music box for a very dear friend who lost her son. She was very happy to receive this gift and loves it very much. Ordering was easy, and there was a wonderful selection of songs from which to choose . Shipping was quick as well. Would definitely recommend this company! I always try to purchase from American made companies, especially smaller ones that are family run .

Perfect gift, easy ordering

Great customer service, the item looks even better in person. Very pleased with the purchase.

Great sounding little movements. Secure payment process. Great company

Super quick delivery and great product! My niece loved it.

First of all, they offer a great product at a good value. The representatives on the phone were quite helpful with my questions and suggested options with the repair of my Disney SnowGlobe. I was able to do the needed replacing of the movement with relative ease. I really liked the packaging of the part and how soon it arrived. I notice they offer some very nice items for sale as well. Yes I would recommend Music Box Attic.

The box is beautiful but I thought it would hold more jewelry. I have a three pieces that I needed a jewelry box for, that is why an ordered a music/ jewelry box, unfortunately this is more of just a music box.

The turn keys were correct and fit perfectly. Unfortunately I need much smaller screws than were sent. I have asked if you carry the very tiny 2/8” wood screws. The music box was made in Italy. I need very tiny screws to reattach the lid.

Quick delivery - Awesome product such a meaningful gift to give and now I want one for myself! Love!

One couldn't hope for a more impactful expression to give to someone special... That's how unique it is.

Very grateful for the service and experience. ✨

I loved it, I ordered my thing wrong and they answered instantly and refunded me, at 12:30 AM!!! (Like honestly unique experience). Then I was able to order the correct item, it was easy and now I’m waiting for my order to get here.
