A great experience!
It was a pleasure working with the customer service rep to create the music box exactly the way I wanted it for my sister. She loved it and also the way it was specially wrapped for her. I would definitely use the Music Box Attic again!

The music box was in itself exquisite. I wanted a tune that they did not offer, so I sent them the notes and they created it for me It was intended as a present for a good friend. After a year she wanted it to be not so loud. I wrote them and asked. They sent me another file that was quieter, at no extra charge. They answered all my email promptly and were always very helpful. I was first told it would be in the end…
I was first told it would be in the end of Oct. now not, until Nov. and the song I want won’t be in until Nov. then I got an email saying it’s back in stock & another email telling me how to enjoy my music box (that I haven’t received yet). So a little confusing. Margaret Brovetto

Very Attentive Customer Service
There was an issue with the item delivered, but the Music Box Attic Customer Service worked to resolve it within 2 hours. I consider that being very attentive so I have upgraded this review. I thank them for their efforts. Just so you know, I have ordered three separate times from them, and the first two were flawless.

The watch box itself was fine, but the engraving that I paid extra for was cheap and not really engraved as I expected. It literally looks like an iron plate with sharpie writing. It just feels and looks cheap when I believe I paid an additional $40 for it.

No finale Inspection
I ordered two 18 note music movements for music boxes. One of the movements didn't work. It was over wound or has a bad spring. It should have been tested before it was packaged. This is irksome. I am in the process of building the boxes and now have to wait for a replacement or a new order. Errrrr

The jewelry box for our granddaughter …
The jewelry box was sent with a cover off set and was not damaged in shipping.It absolutely was not as pictured.It looked very cheap.
The follow up was I received a full refund and their customer service was excellent.
