I ordered the Live Aid book from this Company and within a few days it arrived.

This was advertised in the Daily Mail weekend magazine.

1 ordered CDs from music2you two weeks ago and like so many others have emailed several times with no reply to the reason why I haven't received my goods they took the money from my account the next day after ordering.
After looking on this website of the bad reviews that music2you have got I will never use this company again.And the Daily Mail shouldn't let Music2you use their paper very unreliable company

I have found to my costs, why I should never have placed my trust in music2you.co.uk. they have blocked their email boxes info at music2you.co.uk, and orders at music2you.co.uk. Nor can get through on the telephone. I placed a £59.93 order back in 23rd May 2025. Now almost 3 weeks later. I have received nothing for my money. I therefore cannot recommend

music2you.co.uk as a trusted supplier or vendor.
Customer Service is non existent. I will now contact

Only after My Credit Card Company got involved Music2You finally sent out my orders in two deliveries. I will not buy from Music2You ever again. Emails are never answered, Their phone is never answered. Only when my bank got involved did I receive part of my order, followed by another delivery to complete my order. I cannot recommend Music2You as a safe or reliable source of Music.

This is a follow up regarding my last posting. I have now received my CDs. After using this company many times in the past with super service, this purchase was very "off beat" for them. If I had been notified of "out of stock awaiting further stock" I would have been satisfied even if it was a general website notification rather than a personal reply. My 3 emails were ignored and 2 phone calls went unanswered causing me to think something was wrong and I was being deliberately ignored. I will buy from them again but they should note that some sort of general statement of a delay should be notified on that product on their website rather than ignore customer contact, which causes suspicion and bad feeling. So THANK YOU Music2You for finally sending my order

Ordered cd player early April. Emailed company 26th - reply several days later saying sorry for delay but out of stock, more ordered from supplier, will send item when supplied. No cd player has arrived.No reply to my 2nd email. Money taken from my bank when ordered (£42.99.) Ansafone today said mailbox full, try later.

Like many others here I thought, well, if they are advetising in the Daily Mail, they must be legitamate! Sadly they are not. I ordered the Songs of the 50's CD as a gift. I paid £9.99 but have not recieved the CD and my emails remains unanswered. The phone number is simply to an unanswered 'answer-phone' AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered 2 CD's 30th April. One has arrived , the other hasn't. My emails are ignored and message area on their phone is full. I paid for both CD's when I ordered.
I would advise people not to order from this company till we know what is going on. The Daily mail are still running their advert.

Do not buy from this company!!!. I ordered a cd set from them in April. They have taken the money out of my account and I have not received the CDs . I have emailed numerous times asking when the CDs will be delivered. They have answered any emails i have sent and they have not answered.
Update: they have actually sent the cds i ordered.

Have not received my order, confirmed 4th May,money taken 6th May.Looking at the Reviews here I see I am not the only one with the problem of not recieving the 100 Fifties CD £9.99.No reply to emails, phone mailbox full.Is this a scam?

If I could give no stars I would. Order I placed was never received and extremely poor communication. Terrible company AVOID!!!

I sent for a music disk that was advertised in the Daily Mail about three weeks ago. '100 no.1 hits of the 50s'
I still haven't received the disk. £9.99 has been deducted from my account of course. I've tried to phone but get the same recorded message "the person you want isn't available right now" I've Emailed - no reply.

Ordered 4 CDs of the 50s for my father on 27th April.
13th May Still not received anything. Sent an Email enquiry and they haven’t had the decency to reply.

I also ticked the boxes not to receive email offers from them yet I am receiving them.

So, they can send me offers but not respond to my enquiry.

Avoid them to avoid disappointment.

Ordered 50/60s cd set April 2025 from Daily mail ad. Not received anything!!!! Scammers !!

I bought and paid for 2 cd’s three weeks ago and they haven’t arrived
I’ve tried to phone them, but only able to leave voicemail. I also wrote to them and they haven’t responded

They advertise a lot on the Daily Mail

I ordered and paid for Christmas cds on.the 18th Nov. no cds arrived. as other reviewers say never answer the phone mail always full altho.i have managed to leave 2 messages by ringing in the early hours. sent countless emails. no response altho the are inundating me with emails about their offers. Have complained to the Daily Mail as it's their advert bit they are still allowing them to advertise in their paper.

Ordered Elvis Presley cds on the 13th December,not received have contacted them 3 timesby email, have not had the decency to reply about a refund.

I have ordered numerous times with this company no problems. Last month ordered 4 cd’s took money but no cd’s, so now claiming through credit card.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Sent numerous emails and messages to a phone that’s constantly full

I ordered a CD advertised in the Daily Mail from Music2you.co.uk, payment for which has been taken but no confirmation nor delivery date received. I've emailed this company twice & tried ringing but their mailbox is full! I will now try & get my money back from my credit card....

Bought a 3cd Drivetime hits one of the discs has no track titles only numbers and lyrics are in a foreign language another disc all the track titles are in Spanish not the quality I expected and no response to my emails
