I called Mushtaq travel to enquire about flight tickets for me and my family. I knew I would need a connecting flight and I gave some rough dates during the school holidays.

The advisor quickly established the best flights in terms of departure, arrival and shortest connection time. He also advised of the dates which would be the most cost effective. I was offered a good deal so I booked it immediately and during the phone call.

There were different options to make the payment which made it straightforward to complete the booking. Everything was done on the phone or online which was really convenient.

The staff at Mushtaq Travel are very knowledgeable, professional and available to deal with queries even after the booking is complete. All this and they saved me money in comparison to other travel agents!
Because of the experience I had I would definitely recommend this travel agent to friends and family.

I am profoundly dismayed by my recent encounter with Mushtaq Travel. The situation escalated when they attempted to charge credit card fees, a practice I promptly flagged as illegal. Subsequently, my Umrah flights reservation was canceled, and matters took a distressing turn when the Manager, making a No Caller ID call, threatened legal action against me.

The handling of this situation has been highly unprofessional. Despite the manager acknowledging the mistake, there has been a lack of effective resolution, and my reservations were abruptly canceled without prior notification.

Such practices not only breach legal regulations but also tarnish the professionalism and integrity of Mushtaq Travel. As a customer, I anticipate fair and transparent dealings, and regrettably, this experience has fallen short of those expectations.

Great organisation to deal with - took away all the stress of planning a honeymoon, full of advise & excellent package sourced! Really good experience and will definitely be using their services again in the future!

Have just used Mushtaq travel yet again. They're in Derby, we're all in London, but that doesn't matter at all. They are very competitive on pricing but irrespective, I'm beyond the stage where I'm going to call around 6 different agents to maybe, maaaaaaybe save a tenner. The best thing is I don't have to call anyone, I set up a WhatsApp group each time with my parents and Mushtaq Travel and rather than relay everything, they communicate through the options and my parents send me questions to put forward. They can see all flight times written down, with prices, baggage allowances, whatever, and I just go ahead and book it. It used to be a constant going back and forth, but I was able to do it while at work with no hassle and I'm still the dutiful son! Flights back to Pakistan, especially when you're booking for your parents, I really wouldn't go anywhere else, they make it so easy.

Excellent service and best prices. I booked flights recently and the guys at Mushtaq Travel were really helpful, they found me the cheapest direct flights for my parents and they made the whole booking process very easy. Will definetelybe using Mushtaq travel again in the future.

They are very reliable travel agents as booking with them for years now. Their prices are more often better than others. Nadeem always helped me to book my flights. He is very friendly, efficient and always replied politely with my 100 queries 😀. Highly recommended.
