This was a very small order.
Only €10 and €10 courier.
I got a phone call the day after I posted the order online. Was it a 3inch or a 2.5 inch. I hadn't a clue..it was for my son's house. He discussed the situation with me and eventually offered that it would probably be the 2.5 inch as it was the most purchased item. He was right, it was perfect. He went to all this trouble to sort me out for €10 euros. My previous experience with this company was similarly excellent. Care and service not easily found today. Full recommendation.

Fast delivery from purchase to delivery was 2 days. Followed by a call from customer service to see if i had received the item and offering any help if I needed it. Excellent customer relationship management from this company.

Highly recommend these guys. Recently purchased internal doors for downstairs, along with architrave, hinges and handles too. They were very informative in the shop, really easy to deal with. Their delivery was within a week, which was really fast. I then needed to order frames a few weeks after, which was not planned, but again the team were great to deal with over the phone and on their live chat!! Because I couldn’t make it to the shop to collect and the team didn’t have a driver coming to Cork in the coming days, the team organised a courier, the extra charge was minimal for this. The frames arrived within 2 days, extremely packed and secured so no damage could occur. To top their service off, John then gave a follow up call from the shop to make sure all was right with our delivery. Top notch, we will be back for our upstairs internal doors soon 😁

The experience was very pain free from start to finish. The staff in both the Clonmel showroom and the Tramore showroom were very helpful and aided me in picking the right skirting and also answering my questions about doors. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.
