Muddy Faces Ltd Recensioni

Stuff is expensive but good to find it all on one site.

I have purchased forest school resources for a number of years. I’ve set up forest school from scratch in 3 different schools and the resources are always high quality, good value for money and I’ve never had to replace anything. I’d highly recommend Muddy Faces to any school or setting who need forest school resources. There is an excellent range and variety to choose from with some fab starter kits too!

I'm soooo happy! My granddaughter wanted a pine marten, to be Pantalaimon, Lyra's daemon from His Dark Materials. Just received the Muddy Faces one and it is *perfect*. His little enquiring face looks almost real. (Excellent service too.)

Clear communication and quick delivery

Very quick and efficient delivery of resources.

Very happy with the quality and size of the tools supplied. They also came in quick time.

Great communication. They rang to inform me there was an error on the published size of what I was ordering but were then more than happy to make it to the size I was expecting. The mud kitchen is a perfect size for 3 year olds and a great quality item. Good lead time too.

Great quality products, quick delivery and perfect for my outdoor adventures

Brilliant firepit grill. The quality is excellent as is the price. Will definitely be ordering more.

I ordered a waterproof rainy day set and paid for next day delivery. After a 2 week wait during which I called the company twice and emailed I was eventually told it wasn't available. The company made no effort to contact me regarding my order at any time, and when I complained and requested a refund, no apology for poor service was forthcoming. I found the exact same product online for almost £10 cheaper elsewhere.

The item ordered arrived quickly and safely.

After several emails and telephone conversation to request a certificate for a fire proof camo net purchased nothing ever materialised even though told it would be with me or someone would call, shocking service.

The team at Muddy Faces always go over and above for their customers and they are our ‘go to’ for our forest school resources. Liz was incredibly helpful when we’ve needed advice on handwashing systems. They are always quick to respond and open to feedback and suggestions; developing and adapting products all the time. The outdoor hub is fantastic as a learning resource for our team too. Thank you for all the hard work behind the scenes Muddy Faces!

Incredibly swift delivery and great product !

the trainer who came out spent the whole afternoon with us and made sure all the staff had experience with fires and helped our confidence hugely working outdoors with the children especially where risk is involved for example with fire.

Good selection, reasonable prices, quick delivery. Just what I needed!

Great company. Customers services responsive and efficient.

Easy ordering, fast delivery, quality products.

If you are a teacher or child care professional or a parent, Muddy Faces has excellent products focused on the outdoors emphasising both play and practical skills.

I wanted to buy Muddy Faces Char cloth for some outdoor fire-lighting. However, I had some problems filling in their form and completing the purchase. I contacted them to complain and they were very gracious and sorted the problem very quickly. The product is very good and I am very happy dealing with them. In addition to my original purchase, I received a full catalogue which showcases the range of their products. Their products are of a high quality and well worth the price.
