1st time i have tried this firm ,excellent , ordered thursday pm arrived friday next day by DPD no problems great service

MuddleIt are by far one of the best distributors we have used. They have outstanding customer service and a even better delivery time. They offer next day delivery for all orders! We use a variety of big distributors and muddleit are in the top 5.

Very pleasant first experience compared to other wholesalers in this segment. Hannah was incredibly helpful and polite, and as a result has won my business for the foreseeable future.

Can't comment on delivery of goods just yet, but i'm sure that experience will be just as fantastic.

Very pleasant company to deal with. They ensure their customers can get some stock at least during times when stock allocations from the factory are tough

I have been using Muddleit for a while, I love that I can pick up the phone and speak to customer service at any time.
As a small purchaser with very limited funds and storage space, the Muddleit team has never attempted to aggressively use sales techniques that would make me feel uncomfortable and sort other suppliers.

If I have an issue with an item, the service has been excellent.
The only issue recently has been with obtaining particular stock items, which I believe is out of their control

We were contacted a few years ago by Muddleit and decided to give them a go and we are over the moon. They work hard to get us our stock and the range of stock they supply us is excellent. Shipping is very fast and the staff take a personal hand in helping your company as best they can for sales. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to do business with them.

Excellent customer care and a very approachable company. I have just started a company selling trading cards and after phoning around various distributors, they were the only ones willing to actually discuss the matter with me rather than just sending me to there website, also the only ones who didn't have a "stonewall" attitude. I have ordered a single box of cards so far and am looking forward to making more purchases from them in the future

This would of probably been a five star review if preorders could actually be paid for in advance so you know you've secured the items products from this place are high quality only found the site by chance after another company let me down other than preorder email & name thing not a bad thing to say about Muddle It

Please be aware that this company is not one to be dealt with. Last year I purchased all my snazaroo face paints from them at a discounted price. This year when ordering my Halloween supply each tub has gone up by 39 pence plus vat. I was not notified by the company of the price increase. The girl I dealt with was Carla so if you do purchase with this company please get everything in writing. This mistake has cost me a lot of money
