Very please to work with gurkha mortgage (michael usher mortgage services ) , biva didi has been very helpful , have been with them since from my first mortgage 2018 to this day . I have been doing remortgage also with them . Would definitely recommend them.

We were very lucky to have Jo to support me and my husband in re-mortgaging our property. We were a little worried as we secured our last mortgage prior to Covid at a very low interest rate, so naturally we were concerned how much our re-payments would be going up by.
Jo straight away put us at ease and guided us through the process. Jo explained different options to us and explained the pro’s and con’s for each product. We left the mortgage office feeling so relieved that the interest rate was no where near as scary as what we initially thought , and felt completely at ease with what we had decided.
We met with Jo a good few months before our current mortgage was due to end, but Jo and her team kept us fully informed throughout. If we had any questions in between, Jo was very quick in responded and explained things in a way we could understand.
Jo promised to keep an eye on the rate and she advised us at a point that we should lock in.
We completely trusted Jo as she was extremely knowledgable, supportive, understanding and professional.
I would never hesitate to use Jo and Micheal Usher Mortgages in the future.
