Our main contact was Joanne who managed to find a mortgage supplier for our daughter with us, the parents, as combined borrowers. (Two borrowers one proprietor). She successfully challenged the mortgage supplier, who at the last minute, withdrew their offer on the grounds the building did not meet their rules. There was nothing in the rules to support their claim. The mortgage proceeded to completion. We were most impressed by the work of Joanne who kept us fully up to date and often one step ahead of the solicitor and mortgage supplier. Without her determination we would not have a mortgage. Fully recommend MUM.

I cannot be more grateful to Sam and his team (Amanda, Iwona) for guiding us throught the process. We were first time buyers with some complications but they made the whole experience seamless. To add, our whole process took 9 months since 2 of the properties we were trying to buy fell through, however they were incredibly patient along the way. Bonus that I didn't expect was that they have got a dedicated team that are chasing the whole house buying process after the mortgage has been obtained and are sending frequent updates and are communicating with the solicitors. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage advice.

The team at Michael Usher Mortgages were amazing from start to finish , Jo guided us through all of the mortgages options and protections and was supportive and helpful throughout the whole process , Natalie then helped with all of the insurance quotes and even posted documents for us to keep everything running smoothly. Alessia was then our point of contact , she checked in with us at least weekly and helped liase with the solicitor . The whole team just take away that stress and worry and we would highly recommend them.

We come to Joanne early last year to sort us a mortgage as a first time buyer, she explained the best way to do this as it wasn’t straight forward. Joanne was a huge help at getting this over the line and she is a credit to MU we would not hesitate to use her again if/when we decide to move.
