Am so greatfull to pass my HGV Class 1. On the 27th With MTTRAININGSERVICES.My instructor was Darron Smith one of the Best teachers.i passed my Class 1 first attempty. Am proud to recomend Darron for his skills and what he taught me thats what lead me to pass. Small stirs Small corrections , Always mirrors signal thats a truck drivers life. Revers a lorry especialy an C+E is not easy but Darron Smith was so helpfull by giving me tips of how to do it.

Darron was my instructor for my 6 day C+E course at the Manchester location and I can't thank him enough!

He was simply superb and his knowledge of truck driving is exemplary. He made every effort to quickly bring me up to the mark with my driving skills and gave plenty of pointers to become a better and safer driver.

I passed the test on my first attempt at Bredbury Test Centre in Manchester with only one minor, a lot of which I attribute to Darron's preparation and skill as a trainer. I went from never having driven a lorry before to passing my test in under a week. still so surreal! Thank you again Darron, you are a true gent.

I recently passed a class 2 license with my instructor Ricky in York (Wetherby) and I cannot recommend him enough, very calm, knowledgeable and so easy to get along with it made the 2 day transition from a cat B to cat C very seamless. Recommend him wholeheartedly

MT Training Services were amazing during my whole Cat B to C+E. All of the staff were wonderful, continously updating me throughout the process and also the driving instructors were great. Especially Darron, he was fantastic, easy to spend all the time with and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend!

Wow What a Team!

MT Training is a must for Class 1 C+E and CPC.

I attended the Manchester Site at Trafford Park, to complete my C+E and CPC.

Ricky was my instructor for CPC who was very knowledgable and helped me get my CPC first time round in a day.

I Want to put a special shout out to Darren.
I attended my C+E practical and had Darren for the week.
This was a 6 day course with 4 hours a day.
Started with reversing manoeuvres and coupling, uncoupling the trailer.
Me being a bloke doubted myself, Darren with his words of wisdom and occasional distracting rant about life was able to distract me from my own thoughts and with his training i passed my 3a first time round.
Word of warning ‼️ don’t touch his Cones

Now onto the driving aspect, what a belter of a week, we headed out around Stockport for drives and getting on the test routes, Darren was knew what he was doing, very confident, full of reassurance.

Also the Occasional Banter.

Once the lesson time came to an end it was back to the yard at Trafford, music playing and just a time relaxing and enjoying the reason we all go for this.

I passed both my 3a and 3b Exams first time round.
License sent off and looking forward to the future.

I was trained by Darron at the Manchester branch of MT Training Services. The training for my CPC and Cat C was thorough and I passed the first time around. I would recommend training with them to anybody.

The instructors at MT Training Kidderminster are truly outstanding. They give expert guidance and advice in a perfect way. More than this, they really care. Chris, Dave and Mike are all amazing guys with a huge amount of real world driving and life experience. They put me at ease and enabled me to pass with a clean sheet, zero errors. I could not be more impressed or happy with their expert and friendly, top quality service. These guys put the Great back into Great Britain.

Cannot fault mt training services

I recently passed with Richard and from going from being a very shaky start to passing in 4 days was a massive achievement for me and I owe a massive thanks to Richard as I found Richards perfect balance of fun but strict teaching to be the best way of teaching. I found myself in lots of funny conversations which helps putting you at ease with driving which for a new driver is so paramount and know that Richard has full control of the situation. I found when I made mistakes Richards way of explaining the mistake to be very useful as you understand well that when you are driving a hgv how careful you must be and on full alert at all times.

The others that I met from the team were very professional and were very friendly and love the chemistry of banta everyone has.

Darron at Manchester was a top bloke from start to finish. Made me feel at ease from the 1st second until after my test! Couldn't have asked for a nicer experience.

I have just passed my class 2 first time in Manchester, Tony and dean the instructors had really good trainers and make you feel at ease would really recommend

Passed my class c first time today thanks to darren the instructor at manchester top bloke easy going and knows what he's doing. Really great experience enjoyed it throughout. Highly recommend these guys

Completed 3 hours tow training with Tracey in Kidderminster. I have never towed and had just bought a caravan. The training was fantastic and has alleviated any anxiety I had. Tracey was a very professional and competent trainer. Her method of training reversing while towing made a difficult manoeuvre for a newby very easy to get to a safe level within the lesson. I would recommend this to any new tower.

I recently trained with this company to do my class 2 HGV licence. From start to finish the process was smooth and straight forward.

My instructor Mark was very friendly and was keen to help me pass. It was intense at times but I feel it has made me a better driver.

I am glad to say I passed on my first attempt and I feel over the moon.

Anyone looking to upgrade there license I highly recommend this company.

Passed my Class 2 today. Thank you to the MT Training team....Darren took us through CPC training through to test. Can't fault him, absolutely lovely guy.

Rick did my reverse test, just a really brilliant guy, totally reassuring.

And Mick Hatton, was my instructor on the Class 2 wagon. An absolute gentleman, great with instructions, totally helped drill the driving process and safety aspects of driving. If you get your training from Mick, you'll be glad that you did.

One negative, there was a trainer who was sent to cover one day of lessons, and she was very rude, condescending. Not someone I'd use for new drivers.

Other than that, the team was great.

A complete and utterly miserable experience from Day 1 C+E at Torthworth.Cowboy training on the coupling and reverse. Driver training, the instructor was a complete Bully (Richard) who belittled and shouted at me whilst on training. (first day) was even wasted as I was taken out to drive a class 2 vehicle for 4 hours which was a vehicle I could already Drive.

I only had 2 days training on the Artic and passed first time not because of the trainer but because of my own safe driving skills.

I have made a formal complaint and may pursue my complaint through legal channels because of how I was treated throughout my training by MT.

If you do end up through no choice of your own - doing your training here I emplore you to ask to be trained by Martin Galpin who was a top guy and instructor based on my short time with him.otherwise STAY AWAY...FAR AWAY.

A comedy of errors
Lorry kept breaking down or off road all together.
1 bloke got sacked for falling asleep while training.
I’ve had 5 tests on HGV and failed.
Never going there again. It’s a money making scam

I trained with MT training services Kidderminster for my hgv C2 over a year ago and returned to them this year to do my C1. Both instructors I had were fantastic and very knowledgeable (Gary and Alan). I have learnt a lot from both of them which I have added to my every day driving.
If you are looking at doing your hgv license, I would definitely recommend MT training services.
