Msofas Recensioni

Absolutely outstanding service from Patryk and Bolek!

I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. They were professional, friendly, polite and incredibly helpful from the moment they arrived. The delivery was handled with great care, and they also assembled everything perfectly.

What really stood out was their attitude — nothing felt rushed, they clearly took pride in their work, and they made sure everything was exactly as it should be before they left.

Patryk and Bolek are a real credit to the company. This is exactly what exceptional customer service should look like.

A massive thank you to both of them. I would happily give them more than 5 stars if I could! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Adam and David delivered my sofa today. They were very professional and did a great job. The delivery was on schedule, and they contacted me shortly beforehand to confirm the exact arrival time. Thanks, guys!
In any case, in my opinion, everyone I dealt with at Msofas demonstrated a high level of professionalism and was always ready to help. I highly recommend Msofas

Adam and David delivered my sofas and we’re very professional and careful with setting out the furniture. Very happy with the delivery team and the overall experience with Msofas. Now to sit down and enjoy 😊

Adam and David were fantastic and super helpful

Really speedy service considering how many parts there were to the sofa, and without our lift to the 3rd floor working!
Love the sofa & colour is pictured well on website.
Rob & Janusz were super friendly and fast at getting it put together too
Thank you!

Ro and Janusz delivered our new sofa from M Sofas today, and we couldn't be happier. From start to finish, the service was absolutely perfect. Both gentlemen were professional, friendly, and took great care with our home while bringing the sofa in. They were punctual, efficient, and made the whole delivery experience completely stress-free.
And the sofa itself? Even better than we expected! The quality is excellent, and it looks fantastic in our space. It's clear that M Sofas takes pride in both their products and their customer service.
A huge thank you to Ro and Janusz for doing such a wonderful job and to the whole M Sofas team. We would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely be back for future purchases!

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Great communication with the seller. Lots of advice. Special thanks to the couriers, Patryk and Adam, who did an amazing job carrying the sofa to the first floor.

Patrik and Adam Amazing guys, great service and delivery on time. Recomended

Very professional and very quickly installed by Patryk and Adam, great service.

Great sofa and service

Fantastic service! Bolek and Jan who delivered my sofa were extremely polite and helpful. They delivered it very quickly and helped me assemble it in no time. Highly recommend

Patryk and Adam arrived promptly to deliver our lovely corner sofa. They were absolutely brilliant and had the sofa in the house and assembled in no time.

The sofa is very nice, very comfortable and seems to be really good quality. I love the storage and the easy pull out bed.

All in all, a great experience with Patryk, Adam and M.Sofas.

Thank you.

Really positive experience with Msofas overall. The sofa looks exactly as we expected and we’re really happy with it visually. It is quite a bit firmer than I expected, which is probably more personal preference than anything else.

Customer service was also great. When our original fabric/colour was discontinued, they communicated this clearly and were helpful in finding an alternative.

And a special thanks to Adam and David for the delivery and assembly - friendly, respectful, and careful bringing everything in. I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and smoothly they got everything set up. Communication throughout the week and on the day was excellent, including being able to track the delivery, and they arrived right on time.

A really easy experience from start to finish.

Great experience starting from start to finish.
My delivery was due on a certain date but we asked if possible earlier, they did their best to accommodate it as requested by us.
Once the delivery team arrived-they helped even to remove the old sofa and installed the new one, leaving the place tidy after them.
Thanks a lot!

Top boys really recommend
