The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I bought a leather, allegedly, coat Took about three weeks.
The size ran very small and the quality was inferior.

When I contacted the company to return it, they said I had to return it to China, although it was mailed from Jamaica, New York. The coat was $90 and it would cost $50 to mail it back to China!

I would not deal with these people again. My mistake, lesson learned!

This is the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life! Their website clearly says if you are not 100% satisfied to contact them, I did this and the only thing they did was tell me to give them a positive comment review and then they would refund my money, but ONLY if I gave them a five-star review would they refund my money. That is manipulation coercion and just plain horrible customer service and I will not stand for this! They tried to manipulate and bribe me to give them a positive review to get my money back for a product that did not work for me, such a crock & a total waste of money and time. I will absolutely never use this company again ever and I am not done, I'm going to make this as public as humanly possible, manipulation and bribing techniques. Do yourself a favor and run as far away from this company as you possibly can, unless you just like throwing your money away and being ignored!

Die agb's sagen schon alles.jeder trottel der auf der website von msheep etwas für wahr nimmt ist ausdrücklich voll und ganz für Alles was ist oder sein könnte selbst verantwortlich.kein echtes wunder haben sie mir den defekten natürlich handgemachten selbst für halloween unbrauchbaren maskenartikel zur entsorgung geschickt.
Auf meine info und frage für ersatz hat außer der KI,es wird sich baldmöglichst jemand melden,nie irgendwer irgendwann einen funken interesse für (Jetzt,,,einmal und nie wieder) dummen kunden bemüht!!!
Ist auch besser so,ich mag solche leute nicht.

U said u had sent new instructions. That was a joke as u took a photo of the original instuctions that were of very small print & sent those, so it was just the same all over again...very very poor

I ordered a product that interested me on Pinterest web and I ordered the product that did not come to my home. So I contacted customer service and explained my case. The person who understood that I had not received my order did everything necessary to help me send another order because I had not received my product. Today after a few weeks I received my package at home. Thank you for their help and patience.

Massively disappointing, and likely to end my purchasing from (MSheep, and Temu if they are a branch of Temu.) This is the biggest misrepresentation that has ever caught me out. The received product (cable knit jersey) is a massive departure from what is represented and an absolute testimony to the talents of a very skilled photographer.

The responses were professional and helpful.

I ordered an item...it never came...I ordered another one--which I tried to cancel..it came so I had two orders. tried to return one but they said it was to expensive... TERRIBLE customer service

Ordered a pleated waist dress and it looks nothing like the one on the picture on the website. Cheap looking with cheap plastic details on shoulder straps. It says on the website that it is made from high quality materials, well the material is 100% polyester, cheap and shiny. It looks more like a night gown than a dress.

Ich hab bei Msheep eine Brille bestellt. Nach langer Zeit haben die mir dann ein falsches, hässliches Modell gesandt. Darauf hab ich reklamiert. Auf meine Reklamation wurde mit Unverständnis und Ablehnung reagiert. Auf meine hartnäckige Intervention hat man mir schliesslich wieder einen falschen, hässlichen Artikel angeboten, mit dem Hinweis, das sei genau das Modell, das ich bestellt hätte und wenn ich mein Geld zurück wolle, so würde mir 20% des Kaufpreies als Aufwandentschädigung abgezogen.
Damit bin ich nun ganz und gar nicht einverstanden, denn mein Kampf gegen diese Windmühlen war um vieles aufwändiger.
Ich kann jeden nur warnen, der bei dieser Website etwas bestellen möchte. Er muss damit rechnen, dass er irgendwas bekommt, nur nicht das, was er bestellt und bezahlt hat!
