Staff very help full price ok

Price and availability. They had the tyre in stock and also beat price in the area. Booked in for a set time and was fitted within thirty minutes which on a Friday afternoon is good going

Boked in on time, tyres changed without fuss. Also provided some assistance with an unrelated issued.

I don’t often leave feedback but Mr Tyre in Redditch deserves recognition for its excellent customer service, value for money and reliable and efficient work. The lads that work there are always polite and friendly and willing to help. I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I could help it.

Booked car in for two new tyres received confirmation of appointment and time for 8-30AM on 12/09/2026 at Redditch I duly arrived at 8-20AM and had to wait until 9am as apparently this is the opening time then there was no record of the appointment on the branch computer and was told they probably could not do it as they were fully booked luckily another customer did not turn up and they managed to fit the tyres they didn’t check tracking which was clearly out and I ended up taking it elsewhere to get this done very disappointed with mr tyre service

Booked online. Dropped car off at my appointment time. Work all carried out perfectly. Only thing that makes it 4 out of 5 stars is that they didn’t text/call me when it was done as they said they would. Called them 4 hours after dropping it off and told it was ready to collect.

As always, great service from the Redditch branch. Great price, and the staff are very professional, polite and well mannered.This is my number one go to place. Would very recommend this company.

Friendly and professional staff but, even with making an appointment, needed to wait 45mins for my tyre change to begin.
