I had inadvertently booked for a run flat tyre. The fitter identified this and after a quick chat advised he could fit a non-run flat, which ended up saving me almost £20, with the work being completed in just 20 minutes.

Excellent service again from Mr Tyre Redditch
Excellent service again from Mr Tyre , lakeside Redditch. Mot all done within good time from a bunch of good honest guys . Also witnessed an act of complete honestly whilst there . An elderly lady had overpaid for her work done . Guy ran outside after her to give her back the overpayment. So lovely to see such honesty. Well done guys and Thankyou

VO17 WCM, you know what you did, should have owned up!!
I use Mr Tyre because last time I went in for tyres which I thought were close to the limit, the guy was very honest and said the tyres did not need changing.
So to reward his honesty I used them again.
However this time they changed two tyres which are great but did not notify me that they had broken a wheel trim, which they cable tied on but as soon as I touched it the cable tie fell off and so did the trim.
Honesty did not last long.

Risposta di Mr Tyre Ltd - Redditch
Dear Mike,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you had a positive experience with us previously and that you were happy with the tyres fitted on this occasion.
We’re sorry to hear about the issue with the wheel trim, though. This is not something that had been brought to our attention, so we will be looking into what happened with the team at the branch, including why the condition of the trim was not discussed with you at the time.
We take this type of feedback seriously and will investigate the circumstances before responding further. Please accept our apologies for the frustration caused, and we hope to have the opportunity to put this right.
- Dear Mike, although we've looked into the matter with the team, we haven't been able to establish exactly what happened. However, we don't want to leave things there. We'd welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly, understand your concerns in more detail and see if there's anything we can do to put things right.
Please feel free to pop in and ask for John, who will be happy to discuss the matter further with you.
Kind regards,
The Mr Tyre Team
