Highly recommended
I got 3 quotes to have the floorboards resanded in my Victorian terraced house. Mr Sander was in the middle, more towards the competitive end. I chose them because they came across as really friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Someone came in to quote a few days after my enquiry and they were able to start work only about 2 weeks later.
Vitor and Ismael did a really good job - very careful and conscientious. I'm very pleased with the result. The floor looks much better than it's ever looked before. I'd definitely recommend them.

Stairs and landing Sanding
Davey worked at our house the past week. Work was completed to a high standard and on time but more importantly he was a great person to have around the house and would recommend him to anyone

Upstairs Floor Project
Alex, Alan and the team were brilliant from start to finish! We had 3 upstairs rooms with original 85 year old floorboards that look brand new. They were sanded, gap filled and stained perfectly to our liking. Booking was extremely easy, the team’s knowledge was top notch and I will be using them again in the future for my downstairs floors! Couldn’t recommend them more!

Great sanding and staining job
Kieran has done a brilliant job of sanding and staining our floors. He was really professional, friendly and he gave us loads of great advice and guidance. We couldn’t be happier with the job…
We couldn’t be happier with the job Alex did sanding our reclaimed oak parquet floor on our narrowboat. It was no small task — the boards were full of character (and a fair few quirks!), but he brought them back to life beautifully. The finish is smooth, glowing, and shows off every bit of that lovely old wood grain.
He was professional, friendly, and clearly takes real pride in his craft. Everything was done neatly, on time, and with a great eye for detail. It’s such a treat walking into the boat now — the floor genuinely transforms the space.
If you’ve got a unique project or an old floor that deserves some love, I’d absolutely recommend Alex. A real craftsman and a pleasure to have around.

Better than we could have imagined!
This was the second time we asked Aliber to sand a floor. He'd done a great job on our living room floor, but this was the hallway - it was very stained and worn from years of use. But it looks every bit as good as the living room. Both floors in fact look far better than when we first had them sanded when we moved in, over 20 years ago. Aliber is polite, friendly, punctual and very neat and tidy. We recommend him without hesitation.

What a fantastic experience
What a fantastic experience! I had the engineered wood floor in my new flat sanded and lacquered by Alberto, as the existing floor was very worn. Quote was arranged rapidly and Alberto then managed to fit my job in within a couple of weeks, before my furniture arrived, which was a fantastic help. He was exceptionally careful at the corners and edges so that I need to touch up only a couple of spots on the skirting boards. He explained how to wash and take care of the wood floor so that it lasts longer, when to get it sanded and lacquered again and even advised me how I could sand and re-oil my kitchen worktop myself. I’m delighted with the outcome and will certainly be going back to Mr Sander and Alberto when my floor needs attention again.
