I needed a rear wiper blade for my V60 estate..after ordering 2 off the Internet that didn't fit I emailed the parts department..I had a really prompt reply from Lukas..I had said I would like to pick the blade up in 3 days time, Lukas advised me that he had ordered one and it would be available on the day I requested. I called in the garage and met the Lovely Lukas, he was kind enough to fit it for me and it fitted perfectly..Lukas is a great advert for the garage, his customer service went beyond my expectation..It was really refreshing to be served by someone who did exactly what he promised..excellent

I had many cars from MRG in Chippenham, and each time I had no problems they all go out of there way. My last car I got I saw it online and drove to Chippenham and Juan was brilliant and talked me through every step even when collecting my Mini.

From start to finish I received a no nonsense approach from this car showroom. I saw the car online and I did all the checks for the history. Juan Romero was the sales person and he looked after me very well. He was helpful, informative and professional throughout. I told him at the start I didn’t want any other products and I was only interested in the car, Juan took me through the steps of buying a vehicle at my pace. All in all a pleasant experience. I will say , avoid this highly untrustworthy & dishonest car seller. These guys have 2 faces. One before sale & one after sale.
So if you want peace of mind, please stay away from these people.

I hate buying a car. I visited several dealerships who all sounded like they couldn't be bothered and spoke to my husband and not to me. We then visited MRG without notice and Juan was great. He was interested, accommodating and friendly. We bought a car from him the next day. Juan gave us advice about finance and was just lovely to deal with. Excellent service from Aaron Hall. I was away in Corsham from London and my car started misfiring. Aaron was very helpful and arranged to get the car booked at short notice. He went extra mile ti make sure the car was repaired within a few days when we were due ti return home to London. Hats off to Aaron and the team. Well done.

My XC40 was in for its MOT this morning. Coffee and space to get some work done was provided while I waited. All went to plan with an unexpected bonus - an unexpectedly clean car was returned! Great service from all the team - thank you.
