Professional , quality service and drape.
A most rewarding experience from start to finish . The differences between flags & drapes carefully explained by Charles, who then designed and created a wonderful and quality drape for my aunts coffin.

overseas shipping
These days, it can be a hard choice to order something to be shipped overseas. Mr Flag was prompt, and Royal Mail sent notices throughout as to progress of the package. It got here and the flag is perfect for our use!

Sent my order to wrong address
Great flag & great flagpole but it was sent to somebody else. After i had sent several emails i eventually was sent it but took quite a while. It was sorted eventually after my effort to inform them i had not received anything or any communication.
