Just got a fab pair of boots from Mr Shoes - much cheaper than I have seen them in the local shoe shop ! although I was a bit disappointed that I had to pay postage. Last time I shopped on Mr Shoes - the postage was included which I L O V E !!!

I ordered 2 pairs of boots on Saturday, I had several emails keeping me up to date and they were delivered on Tuesday, excellent :-)

I saw a pair of chunky cut out boots on instagram from Mr. Shoes and were very similar to a pair I'd fancied in river island but nicer and half the price! They arrived within a couple of days and I loved them even more and haven't taken them off since! Brilliant website and service!

The first time I placed my order you were fully in stock and then I got an email around four hours after I paid saying you we're out of stock and I could pick something else, I didn't want something else I wanted what I orderd! when they were re in stock I repurchased them and it has now been 7 days and I still have not received my purchase, it has been problem after problem with this company and I am not a happy customer.

I ordered a pair of the Delaware chunky buckle boots which to me look like a Jeffrey Campbell coltrane knock off so I was so excited to find some dupes online for a fraction of the price. When they arrived, it was a completely different boot. They had sent me an incorrect pair, and a few other people i spoke to on Instagram had ordered the same as me and also received the wrong pair. I rang up straight away as I was gutted, and they offered me money off of them if I wanted to keep the ones they had sent me as the ones i actually wanted were now out of stock!!! I said no to that offer and it was fine, they asked me to either pick a collection date for them to collect the shoes or I could post them via Royal Mail and they will send me a cheque to cover the postage (which has been done) after getting off the phone I emailed basically saying the same thing and what I was doing, and someone went and personally checked the stock room and found and reserved me a pair of the boots I actually wanted in my size until the incorrect ones I sent back returned to them. When they recieved the wrong boots they sent out the correct ones straight away. So all in all it took about 2 weeks to get the boot. Theyre gorgeous and I'm pleased I was patient. The staff via email were really really pleasant and helpful.

Impressed with the delivery

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes as I needed flip flops for a holiday and as its September I was having trouble finding any in the shops. Found a perfect pair and ordered them. Paid for speedy delivery to get them in time for hols and was delighted when I received the email the next morning saying they had been despatched. Unfortunately at 4pm the same day I then received an email saying they were out of stock. Slightly bemused by this as how can they have been despatched ?? As I wouldn't have paid the extra postage for the other pair as it was the flip flops I needed I rang customer services. The girl was lovely and cancelled the whole order with no fuss. If it wasn't for the excellent customer service on the phone this experience would have put me off using Mr Shoes again.

Fantastic company, bought 2 pairs of footwear, one pair of brogues and one pair of boots. Brogues are even better in reality than picture, and boots are great too. Delivery was very quick. Will definitely use again.

Shoes description good, matches the actual shoe. Great sale prices to. Cool shoe box, real neat.

Emails were information, you have a reference number so if needed can track your delivery. Really liked the fact that you are given a precise time of delivery, which was kept to, impressive.

Have used Mr Shoes in the past and will continue to do so.

I've ordered 2 pairs of Jeffery-West shoes. I received the parcel with no problems. The shoes are well-built and the colour matches the picture from web-site. I will defenately order shoes again from Mr Shoes and recommend it to others as well.

I ordered on late at night on 4th of September got my package on the 12th, and all the items I wanted were correct. I inquired about a tracking number (since I'm out of the UK--they would text you if you are in the area), and got a response with a few hours.
Will be keeping this site saved as a favorite. Thank you :)

I was extremely happy with the speed at which I received my purchase! Ordered tan knee length boots, colour as stated and perfect fit, will definitely use tis site again. Excellent service!!!

So I bought a pair of shoes from here just to be sent the entire wrong ones. This is not on. I also spoke to numerous other people that the exact same thing happened to. After contacting mr shoe they told me they contacted me to tell me. NO, they didn't. I had no phone call or message as was said by mr shoe worker 'becky'. An email should have been sent out straight away to me telling me my shoes were no longer in stock and that I would be fully refunded.
I am now being refunded half of the price for the shoes I paid or I can refund the shoes free of charge after a very angry email.

DO NOT BUY HERE.

I purchased some shoes recently and they came very quickly considering I only paid for standard delivery, however they were the incorrect shoes. Mr shoes had left an answer machine message on my phone so I presumed it was reguarding this. I rang them back and it was explained very clearly to me what had happened (a technical error) and a few options were explained to me about keeping them or sending them back. It was also nice to be connected to someone directly and straight away that knew what was happening instead of going through loads of people first. All was dealt with pretty smoothly, i finally recieved the correct shoes and I would definitely purchase again with mr shoes despite this mishap! :)

they also sent me emails letting me know exact times and stuff which was brilliant
would deffo buyagain!!!!

also last week I brought the DELWARE (other Coltrane dupes) and then the next day received an email telling me they were not in stock, they also called me to tell me, it was not very good that they didn't have the shoe in stock but they were very informative and quick letting me know I could have a refund, I received the call from a worker named Becky who was very polite and helpful!

Terrible service. I ordered a pair of boots after much bother selecting a size. When the order finally processed, I was sent a confirmation email. However, after an extremely vague time indication as to when they'd be delivered, I finally received my order and it was the wrong shoes. Now, the shoes I'd originally ordered are no longer on the website for me to re-order, therefore I will not get my originally desire style due to YOUR error. I have Tweeted Mr Shoes and posts on their Instagram and 2 days later, still no reply. Awful service, I would never order again.

My whole experience with Mr Shoes was great from start to finish. Website is easy to navigate and checkout, then the whole trackable order thing is just out of this world! I could see exactly where my parcel was on a map and approximately how long it would be until it was delivered. My boots (gorgeous!) arrived well packaged and really pleased with them. I love Mr Shoes!
