Good quality, good service, great price will definitely buy from Mr Shoes again. Only negative is that is expensive to return items if not suitable.

I paid an extra 5.99 for delivery, i was sent an email to say my parcel would be delivered on the Monday the 19th august, i arranged to have the day of work, hence no parcel arrived. I then received another email on the Tuesday telling me my parcel was arriving that day which it dd. I emailed Mr Shoes telling them i was not happy at me having a day off work and having to stay in all day.They emailed me back telling me it was an automated email and they were looking into it as other customers had the same problem, i said that did not help me at that time. I thought at least thy could have refunded my delivery charge for my inconveinance also as a goodwill gesture and i would say GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, no i received nothing apart from an email explaining they were looking into it, if they have had the problem before then something should have been done sooner. I will not be shopping on line with Mr Shoes again and i would say to any customer do not pay extra for a fast delivery as you will be wasting your valueble time waiting in.This is not good customer service, from a very angry customer.

Shoes are smart and nice quality and the delivery service was excellent. Delivered in 4 days and bang on time and that with a weekend in the middle. Coudn't ask for better.

Hi my daughter needs her school shoes but one was a size 4 and one a size 6 I have had a refund but it cost me £6.00 to send them back and I am out of pocket with no shoes?

The express delivery option did not show on main page that they do not deliver on Saturdays therefore shoes did not arrange on time. Need to make delivery options clearer as they are expensive.

Great Service and Quality product

Shoes turned up in good condition.. Only small point was that the shoehorn which comes with the shoes was broken.
Otherwise for the rest happy and have to say that the shoes were shipped abroad.

You won't find bigger selection of shoes with excelent prices, delivery and service.r

Delivery charge a little expensive but happy with espadrilles

Most companies do free delivery. Mr Shoes also charge you delivery for exchange items. I can possibly see why but I would use a different company next time.
