Wrong Message
I ordered a costly flowering plant to be delivered to a friend to welcome them to their new home. They were delivered with entirely the wrong gift card which included an inappropriate messsge. I chose Moyses Stevens as I knew the recipients to love their arrangements. They are far more costly than other flower delivery companies but were completely disinterested in my concern. Initially they did not even apologise but instead just sent a proof of delivery. Save your money & order from the one of the many less expensive companies.

Ordered flowers on Valentine’s Day
Ordered flowers on Valentine’s Day. Came very late. Tried to contact them. No response- mail box full. No reply to emails. Flowers old and lasted less than a week. Awful service and product.
