I am pleased to share that my experience with Moyses Stevens was absolutely smooth and stress-free. From the moment I placed my order, to the time it was delivered to the right address at the perfect time, every step of the process was seamless and effortless.

Engagement Flowers Ruined/Bad Customer Service

I bought flowers from Moyses Stevens online store for my upcoming engagement party to be gifted to my partner.

I chose the "Just Peachy" bouquet as i believed at the time it was going go alongside our peach theme for the party/gifts.

However, when the ordered arrived it was nothing of the sort - a regular size was ordered for £60 (with the added delivery charge) but the bouquet was miniscule in size and was very disappointing. The flowers were dying and seemed to have been on their last legs (and given they were then watered, they did not blossom at all and all roses stayed shut whilst the other flowers dies around it)
And worst of all, the flowers were not even peach or close to it. They were pink and not a accurate representation to what is on their website for "Just Peachy"

I provided evidence of this lack in presentation to their customer service line in hopes for a refund and was willing to provide the flowers back to them. However they refused to provide me with a refund as they believed the substitution in color's was minimal and were done due to certain circumstances. (I even called up the day before and was insured by their customer service that they had a "fresh batch" of peach flowers in) Absolute joke of customer service and liars!!

If you wanna avoid disappointment then just go to your local florist - these guys are rip offs and have terrible craftsmanship to even call them self a reputable florist brand.

85th birthday flowers, due for delivery before 12 on a Tuesday, emailed on the morning saying they would not be delivered until the following day.

Promised call backs never arrived.

For £120, the service and approach is diabolical and you would be better off using Interflora - or anyone. The fact that this folks just don't seem to care and have a Royal Warrant is just baffling. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Had a lovely interaction with staff from at a different branch, so can't reflect on the business as a whole, but staff at St Pancras were so rude I decided it wasn't worth spending money with them. Plenty of other amazing florists who speak to customers with respect.

Delivered already rotten flowers, when I send an email they told me that “it might look rotten but give few days to bloom” they died in few days! That was 60 pounds worth flowers and 12pounds delivery!!!
My nephew wanted the best flowers for his mum from his own money and that was the biggest disappointment!

Terrible company. Flowers received were half dead and very sad. Do not use. Based on my experience you can get a better bouquet from a petrol station. Wish I had read some of the reviews before ordering. Company refused to issue a refund even though am entitled to one under the Consumer Rights Act. Have had to dispute the payment via my bank to get my money back. Absolutely terrible.

Very disappointed. Ochids ordered for Mothers Day failed to be dispatched to the couriers.
Expensive let down.

Very bad experience, would never order again

Ordered flowers for my sister’s birthday, paid £12 something for the morning delivery. The day before the delivery she received DPD email saying she needs to pick up flowers from the postoffice. First, it was supposed to be a surprise, second, I paid for the morning delivery. I called the company, they said they can not do anything - neither sort out DPD and deliver flowers, nor refund the delivery costs.
I am very disappointed

Awful communication, zero customer service. Avoid. Ordered flowers for St V’s day. Delivered to a neighbour, no card left to say where the flowers were. They had 2 phone N°‘s to call. They didn’t ! Flowers received on that ever so romantic day 15th feb. Was told the were pictured delivered and left in a porch. There isn’t a porch!! No call back. International call handing centre. No help whatsoever. Then was told they hadn’t been delivered at all 🤷‍♂️ they really are lost. Sold out about 5 years ago. Not a clue what they’re doing. Never again.

I’ve ordered a morning delivery for the Valentine’s Day, the order was dispatched at 12PM, which is already an afternoon and still didn’t arrive. It’s now 5PM. The customer service was kind when I called them. However it doesn’t change the fact that the organisation is very poor and the delivery did not come on time even though I paid extra for the morning delivery. Their excuse is “we have a lot of orders today”. Will not come back

After various emails and phone calls with a number of their customer service staff over a number of days and a spend of £217 Moyses Stevens managed to completely mess up an order for my mother’s birthday ! Besides sending the wrong flowers (which were nothing similar to what is advertised ) the only good thing were the large flower boxes 😐 . Do not order from this company !

The WORST Company. Ordered 3 of their largest bouquets of pink roses, 85-90% of the bouquets arrived in a wilted green colour. After calling and sending photos they said they were in bloom. They were not, they were dead/dying. Total waste of money, they didn't bother to replace the flowers. Do NOT order from this company. It's been 4 days and the roses are all dead.

Was not impressed at all. Looked nothing like advertised on Selfridges website, very sparse and not worth the money. Emailed through Selfridges and they were very helpful and apologetic but moyses stevens replied saying it’s not their fault some flowers weren’t available. Wish they just cancelled my order. Had to order from elsewhere as I was too embarrassed to give these to my friend.

A beautiful bouquet upon arrival - although arrived a day late. Sadly, within 2-3 days they were past their best and on day 5 they quite honestly were half dead. I contacted customer services who said they would only deal with a complaint within 48 hours of delivery and that 5 days for such a bouquet was perfectly acceptable. Definitely far better spending less money and buying flowers from a less prestigious company - they will last longer and will still

The flowers arrived were off brief colour wise and then started to age rapidly after 2 days.

I don't even know why they deliver outside of London. I have had flowers from them 3 times and it has been awful each time. Imagine ordering flowers for a gift and they are bruised and look dead. Better off going to the local supermarket for flower worth £5 but look £50. Disappointing.

Flowers were bought for my wife’s birthday last week, the bouquet was very nice and looked wonderful.
Unfortunately the flowers didn’t last very long despite a lot of care and looking after them, they were practically dead after 5 days. Shop bought flowers from Waitrose were received at the same time and lasted far longer at a fraction of the cost.

This firm is the worst I have ever had to deal with. Flowers were orders for my sister in laws 50th. They were damaged in transit and never turned up. The company never informed us that they hadn’t been delivered until we asked our sister in law if she had revived them. After 5 phone calls an an email I have now been told that a refund has been processed. I am not sure if this is to be believed as I have had similar stories from the previous calls. Please do not use this company.

My order arrived with brownish leaves and looking nothing like the photographs on their website.When I telephoned them upon delivery I received shocking customer services even though I sent them through a photo of the flowers. After that my emails are bouncing back as if they are going out of business. An extremely strange and disappointing experience. Flowers not worth the money and if something goes wrong they don’t want to know. Strongly recommend that you do not bother with this company. My profile are the flowers charged at £70.00 plus delivery.
