Scam company. Unfortunately I was too late reading these reviews. I tried to cancel my order straight away and they emailed to say that I was unable to. Mobile number on website goes straight to voicemail saying “voicemail is full”. Item took forever to ship and when it finally arrived it had come from China (not Australia). I tried to initiate a return as the website states “easy 30 day returns”. They just keep giving me the run around and are now saying they only do returns for faulty products. Do not purchase from this company!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I purchased as Retro gaming console that was advertised to be able to plug straight into the TV to start playing. This however is not the case as it does not work as advertised. I have been back and forth now for a week trying for a refund, but they are constantly brushing it off. Will be taking this to ACCC for a better resolution. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS, THEY ARE NOT LEGITIMATE!

Such a great company! Great customer service. The projector is literally a 10/10 my kids are obsessed 😍 I feel as though only negative people go out of their way to comment on things like trust pilot. I am here to say it is worth is because I feel like you should buy and trust MovieHub!😌

Ordered form this company and am still waiting for the product 2 months later. They seem to be using a dodgy courier company FH Express, and both companies have been absolutely no help in locating the item after numerous follow ups. FH Express are asking for a different tracking to the format provided by movie hub and just keep getting handballed back between movie hub and the courier company.

Do NOT buy from this company!!!

The courier company they engaged to deliver my package just left it on top of our letterboxes in full view of the street instead of walking the extra 5metres to my front door or leaving it in a safe place. No notification no nothing to tell me it had been delivered so by the time I saw it had been marked delivered my package was gone!
They kept trying to just palm me off to the courier company taking ZERO responsibility.
Of course the courier company has no contact phone number, only email and of course they don’t reply!
Took it up with PayPal but because it shows it’s been ‘delivered’ the claim was dismissed.
So now I’m $160 out of pocket and nothing to show for it! Disgusting!

Don’t buy of these scam artists

False advertising says 800 plus games on game boy on website but there’s less than 400 because there’s double ups of games and they keep turning off after been fully charged , one keeps going white screen when you go main menu , got 3 for my kids for Xmas present but all of them don’t work properly they turn off after 5 mins if that play time after them being on charge for ages . Don’t buy off them and they won’t Refund you

Same deal. Paid express post for what I thought was a product from QLD. received three days after Xmas day. They did not care.

Scammers, still waiting on Christmas present to be delivered. Promised to be delivered 5-8 days. States it’s an Australian Company run out of the GC. Load of crap. Don’t buy anything from this site.

Scam company! Returns policy and 110% money back guarantee is a lie. I have requested a refund for weeks with the response of "We’ve forwarded your request to the concerned team and will get back to you as soon as we receive an update.

Absolute worst company ever. Same experience as other reviewers. Dodgy product, finally agreed to return after weeks of emails. Sent me an address in Palm Beach, QLD. I paid for return with signature on delivery. Items were SIGNED FOR by some S.Petherick. They're claiming they don't have them. I've sent evidence of receipt and signature and now no response. I've lodged reports with scamwatch and consumer affairs, more people need to do the same. Claiming to be an Australian company, no ABN, no contact details. If you haven't made the mistake of purchasing, please dont waste your money!

When I first purchased this Netflix and Disney were accessible. Now the device does not support these apps now. Need a refund

The projector is over $100 cheaper elsewhere, don’t do a me and pay nearly $200 because you got excited. Emailed to ask about returning it and they don’t do returns, only if it’s faulty. Fair enough, my bad. Just letting others know to shop around, which is what I usually do, I was probably drunk 🤷‍♀️😂

Don’t use these guys they are scammers. Some of the games lag and are unplayable. When you email they keep saying they will pass on to the team. When you’ve had enough and ask for a refund 4 times they keep saying they are passing on to the team.

I ordered from them as they say they are Australia owned and express ship! It’s been a long time and the tracking shows it’s coming from China! I could have bought one off AliExpress myself for a 1/4 of the price! Beware of this company they are liers

Scammers!!! Says it's an Australian company paid for express delivery within 4 days, item shipped from China took 2weeks item was faulty and sparked when plugged in. Can't answer emails in spite of site saying 30 day money back guarantee. All I want is my money back but was lied to and told it's being reviewed. No response and no refund.. DO NOT TRUST LIERS AND SCAMNERS

The commercial volume is TWICE as loud as the movie. I believe there are LAWS regarding this matter.
This problem has been going on since the beginning of movie hubs existence.

I ordered a projector and it is shipped direct from CHINA, paid insured express post with AUSTRALIA POST. 4-6 days it says to get here, almost 2 weeks later and I am still waiting.
No reply from the company and no explanation offered for late delivery.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I recently bought the kids retro gameboy. It clearly advertises it comes with 800+ games with a gamecard. I received some crap with a gameboy with 400 pre-installed games. This is false advertising. Of course i could not contact anyone on the mobile number given. I have sent a few emails, and the response i got was 'just to clarify the gamboy comes with 400 pre-installed games.' This is not what i ordered and payed for. BEWARE, DODGY COMPANY !!!

Agree with other reviews here, absolute scammers and crap product, they try and act like they care but they couldn’t care less, my game stick was a complete dud bought brand new, these scammers need to be stopped.
