Excellent service! Very efficient, flexible and friendly.

We used Dave for the first time 8 years ago on the purchase of our current house, so when we were ready to move to our next house we had no hesitation in contacting him again. Even though our new home builder recommended us to their mortgage advisor, it was very clear Dave and the team were much better. We contacted Dave and within a matter of days he had got us an exception due to only having 5 month payslips for my wife, he arranged the porting of our old mortgage and additional borrowing. All done with the minimum of fuss and in a professional and prompt manner. Can't fault the service at all. When we need to remortgage for a new deal we will be going back. If you need a mortgage I would recommend move Financial to anyone, regardless of your position. They are market leaders. Thanks a lot.

Dann wurde das Ganze weitergeleitet an die entsprechende Vertragspartner. Dort Rückfragen hatte konnte mir keiner helfen, denn der angerufene Teilnehmer war einfach nicht erreichbar bei Rückfragen bei dem oben genannten „Unternehmen“
Hieß, sie können mir nicht helfen, die Akten liegen da sollen die E-Mail schreiben. Sie wüssten auch nichts über die Bearbeitungszeit der E-Mail auf gut Deutsch gesagt sie könnten nicht helfen, aber schon ne saftige Vermittlungsgebühr kassiert.
Mein Fazit, ich hätte eine andere Möglichkeit suchen sollen.

Excellent and personal service from the entire team. Dave was very patient and detailed during our offer meeting and Charlotte has been most helpful with timely emails and updates when possible, I would highly recommend using their service.

Dave and Leanne made the process so easy and really took the stress out of our mortgage process. They are friendly, knowledgeable and really responsive. They organised for us to port our existing mortgage and apply for a top up... the cost saved by porting the mortgage more than paid for their fee and in return we had total peace of mind throughout the process. We were particularly worried about applying because my husband is now self employed but they made everything really smooth and easy for us. Highly recommend!
