Sold me a vehicle with serious safety issues unable to understand customer consumer right.
Sold me a vehicle despite having a valid MOT had serious safety issue. Within four days I had it inspected by an MOT inspector who wrote a report stating the vehicle was unsafe to drive along with other issues. I tried to claim under consumer act 2015 but to no avail. Eventually after six weeks I received an email stating ''I could have tampered with the vehicle''. Having contacted Citizens Advice & Trading Standards as I had paid for the vehicle using a credit card I should claim through the appropriate bank. Three months later I received 90% of monies paid to Motor Plus Supermarket Ltd. I am still owed £1200 which I intend to claim through the small claims court.
