My order took a month to get to me from original purchase date. I was told they had to order new stock which would be 2 weeks. Another 2 weeks went by before my package arrived making it just over 30 days i had to wait....Customer service was ok.

I've only ever ordered chain and sprocket sets for bikes from MotoMummy thus far, and the products I've received have always surpassed my expectations.

Recently I ordered a chain link, keep in mind it was just the link now, a $15 part. In two days I received a package containing the wrong link. I verified my order vs the part received and it was a mistake on their end. I called on a Friday afternoon and spoke with Erin, asked if the part I received would work anyway, immediately she said it wouldn't and explained. She knew exactly what she was talking about, and in no way was she condescending ( I mention this because anytime I call a local part shop, the representatives tend to think customers don't know anything).

She profusely apologized about the mixup, checked if the correct part was in stock, and since it wasn't, she said she would get it sent directly from the distributor. She followed up twice to verify it was available and when she received the tracking number.

In less than a week I placed my original order, received the wrong part, spoke on the phone with the a representative, was explained how the issue would be corrected, received a new tracking number, and received the correct part.

In my opinion, these guys are absolutely reputable and honest. Their parts will always meet your expectations, if you get the correct parts for the intended use of course, they are courteous and polite, they care about how their reputation and about their customers, and will correct their mistakes. If you find a part on this site and another, go with MotoMummy!
