My first order with Mosaic Tile was as smooth as can be. My second order was a bit confusing but in the end they worked to make it happen.

Worst company I've ever dealt with

I ordered some tiles on AUGUST 2015; a week later I get an email that my already overpriced order ( had to finish a job with a specific tile) suddenly no longer had free shipping, for 15 (3 x 6) tiles the shipping was going to be $45.00 - major rip off - after sending a couple of emails and phone call, I never got a response, and I needed tile to finish job, Finally I disputed it in Paypal and got a credit - I still had no tiles. AND, they are charging me an adjustment fee for the credit. I agree with the reviewer who said this company is a scam. Stay away from Mosaic Tile Direct and save yourself a lot of stress.
They don't deserve your business

Mosaictiledirect ship product timely. Very cheap price. Initially there was some issue on tracking code, but support team fixed it ASAP. I recommend this company !! thank you

I found this amazing glass and steel tile online for a great price. It was 50% less than what I would have paid to buy it locally, so my contractor said to go for it. I checked out as a guest and did not set up an account which I think was a mistake because I had no way to see my order status other than to try to contact someone at MosaicTileDirect. I didn't even get an order confirmation. So I started with online chat and finally was able to get an email with the order confirmation. But when I asked when I could expect the order to be shipped, they stopped replying. So then I sent an email with the same question and got no reply. So I started calling the number on their website. Sometimes I would reach a person, but most of the time it went to voicemail and the call was not returned. I also tried a Chat session several times with no reply. Each time I reached someone by phone they would say "it is shipping tomorrow". This happened for several days before I started searched the Internet and found this site with all of the 1-star reviews and started to panic. I thought I had been scammed. So I kept calling and insisted on speaking to a supervisor who had conveniently "stepped out". I was promised they would call me back in 30 minutes. When they didn't, I called again and was assured they would call back. They didn't. I called the next day and finally talked to someone who said my order was ready to ship and sent me the tracking number. I still wasn't convinced that I'd get the order, but a day later the package started moving, and I tracked it until it was delivered. The correct tile arrived in one piece and is absolutely gorgeous. I can't wait for it to be installed.

My advice is sign up for an account so you can see your order status, and call (don't email or attempt a chat) if you have any questions. Keep calling if you get voicemail. Hopefully you will eventually reach Erica who was the most helpful at getting the tile delivered. The entire process took a little over two weeks which was completely reasonable. If they were just better at communicating, they would have gotten a much higher rating from me.

I ordered some Onyx Chair Rail Crown Molding Bull Nose Trim on 06/02/2015, after many chat with the sales rep, each time they tell me I should get my tile in the next few days. I finally get my tile on 06/22. Two of the molding are badly chipped, I sent multiple emails and photos of the damaged tiles, no response. I finally get refund for the two damaged tiles via pay-pal. Thanks goodness that I have used pay-pal for this purchase.
I will not recommend anyone to use this company.

They worked great and it was easy to work with them, when i had a question they reply very quickly

I was planning on making a walk-through garden, japanese style in my back-yard, but I needed the proper tiles. I went to Lowes, but I couldn't find any good tiles that looked nice. I did some research online, and decided to buy the "Ivory / Light Travertine Tumbled Octagonal Mosaic Tile W/ Gold Dot" tiles. They took a while to install, but afterwards my walk-through garden looks amazing! All the friends I have who come to see it, love it! Thank you to Mosaic Tile Direct for creating such great tiles!

Ordered over $500 worth of tile which went months without being filled. Was eventually contacted asking to call in and pay shipping which is advertised as free on the site. I emailed and emailed and called and called to no avail. I, eventually, filed a claim with PayPal and received a refund. (They never answered Paypal either.) Buy beware, won't make this mistake again!

This is the best site ever seen. User friendly and much better than others of its kind.

Starting from prices which are more then acceptable I am pleased also with the services, quality and guaranty. Don't get lost among in this beautiful maze of mosaic tiles.

I have seen some people reviewing negatively about the company. I don't know why because it has provided me the services much well and they did everything well as they promised. I must say that fulfilling the promises is a great for this company to succeed and build their customers.

The good reviews on this site must be fake. This company is nothing but a scam. Spent over $400 on tile and it didn't ship. They answered about every 5th email saying it will ship next week, then the next week and so on for over 3 months. Once I asked for a refund they stopped replying all together. No one ever answers the phone number either. Thank God I used PayPal. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered 10 pieces of tile from mosaic tile direct 3 weeks ago to finish a tile shower. It was supposed to arrive 2 weeks ago but they said they had to get it from California and it would be Monday or Tuesday before it arrived. Tuesday came and went with no tile so I called again. This time he said it would definitely be here by Thursday. Thursday came and went and still no tile. I called again but there was no answer and their voicemail box was full so I decided I would send a text, to which there is supposed to be an instant reply. No reply to the text so I emailed the message. Again, no reply. All weekend, no reply. Monday called multiple times but no answer. They must have deleted some messages because now I can, and did, leave a voicemail. Still no reply. It is Tuesday and I'm beyond frustrated. Every lie they told me I then told my customer. They made me look like a liar. I would advise everyone to stay away. It's so unprofessional to string people along like this. Let me get the tile somewhere else. People would rather just know the truth. If you can't get the tile for 3 or 4 weeks fine, just let people know, don't avoid responding to the person. I, for one, will never use them again. I'll make sure none of my customers or colleagues ever use them and you should avoid them too, unless you like a good headache.
