MortgageKart was a brilliant choice for me when it came to buying another property. The best thing I liked about them was the detail they went through with regards to my existing financial situation before advising honestly what I need to do before going ahead with the investment. I felt comfortable discussing since their approach was very personal. They were more interested in providing advise and not just selling a product. Fantastic guys. We need a Mortgage Adv who talks to you on your interest. (There are others who push other products that give them extra margin). This organisation believes in a true long-term relationships, with a personal touch. They do the maths to establish which is better, making it easier for you to decide. Matt Boardman was fantastic - helping my partner and I secure a great deal for our first mortgage. He also supported us through the process which, as first time buyers, would have been confusing without him.
We have subsequently re-mortgaged with his help and are planning to engage him in our up-coming plans.

These guys have me genuine options that suit my circumstances. I had a peculiar set of requirements and Amol heard my circumstances patiently and then suggested a number of viable options. He also explained the pros and cons of going ahead with these. Once I finalized an option, he helped me with approval within 48 hours. Overall a very satisfying experience.
