I have very good experience with MortgageKart. My mortgage was a self-build mortgage which is not straight forward to obtain. We were let down by few lenders irrespective of excellent credit score but MortgageKart team didn’t give up and found the best solution for my needs. Highly recommend !

Comparing to my previous experience with other firms/mortgage advisors, significant improvement is needed. You are good in responding but lacking behind significantly on followups, start to end closure. I was left on my own to sort out various things that i didnt experienced with my previous mortgage advisor whom i ditched to support Asian community.

Buying a new property is a cumbersome process, and one of the key elements is the mortgage. They guide and help their clients through the Mortgage process really well, and one doesn't feel he/she is at the mercy of standard turnaround for banks to review and approve.I don't have any qualm about recommending the company.
